Couldn’t connect. PIN code promised never received due to wrong phone number. I could change the number on the form. But that would not correct in on the authorization screen. I closed it and started over. Correct number submitted. PIN code never received due redirected to realwstate broker page. Looks like you don’t want to sell mortgages.

Calculator is easy to use but one thing sticks out at me: "This includes $600,000.00 per year from Social Security."
I double checked my numbers and they're all accurate and I can't think what would lead to estimates like that. (I actually expect about $3,500 a month from social security, or about $42,000 a year--even if we assume Bankrate is accounting for inflation, $600,000 seems a bit excessive. It could be a typo--perhaps it anticipates I'll receive $600,000 overall (my entire retirement, not per year)?)

It is not transparent the information. With credit score,zip code ,loan amount and down payment,it is enough to generate the interest rate. The collect all the information from the loan buyer, but they don't provide the alternative or possible interest rates requested
