Piss-poor Service

Poor communication. Failure to deliver on time. Failure to deliver agreed product.

The real question is what went right, aside from finally delivering two weeks late, despite charging extra for on-time delivery.

Proceed with caution

Do not buy from this company. The banners I ordered in red, arrived pink. I have tried to email, phone and chat about the incorrect colour of the banners - no response and the phone/chat won't connect. They were overly priced for the quality as well.

Update: Since posting this review, they have been in touch and we have worked through our concerns and they are reprinting the tablecloth for us. However, it shouldn't take a bad review for someone to respond.

My order arrived damaged

My order arrived damaged. I have emailed Banner Buzz twice and a over week later I still have not had a response. Terrible customer service.

Pretends to be New Zealand company. Avoid!

Avoid ordering from BannerBuzz.co.nz!
They are another of those companies that present themselves as being a local New Zealand store, even with local support phone numbers. But then when it is ordered, the item ends up shipping from India. My shipment was held up in customs because of "missing commercial invoice".
I complained to support via chat and they said it is normal for them to ship from India for some items and that there is no delay. Even after I showed them the clearance delay status from Fedex, they still said there is no delay and I should keep waiting. I said that is not the point. I could have had the item faster from another store if I had known they ship from India and that they are being dishonest. It is not normal to think a store is shipping within New Zealand and then to take 2 weeks to deliver the item that could be acquired more quickly elsewhere.

Update #1
After talking via online chat with Greg, I was then reconnected to Roman who started helping me again from scratch. He insisted nothing was delayed and I should keep waiting, and he would do "something" to push the priority on FedEx. At the same time, I called FedEx myself. They said the package was stalled at customs for missing invoice documents. The agent asked if I could provide them and gave me an email. I've yet to confirm if that helped to unblock the package. Point being, BannerBuzz provided lies from 2 different support people that the package was fine, while it clearly needed more docs that I had to try and remedy myself. My belief is that they might be a scam and try to delay delivery or make it look like a customs problem. We shall see. BannerBuzz kept quoting another week from now for delivery even though FedEx never said that and it was stalled.

Day 4 of no response to my email about…

Day 5 of no response to my email about the delivery of a sub-standard banner. DON'T use this company!!!!!! You can't get ANYONE to respond via email, or phone. I tried for 2days to get hold of a customer service person to speak to, eventually got hold of someone who told me to email my complaint. That was 5 days ago now and they still havent opened the email. I want my money back as I cannot use the banner, it is wrinkled and someone in the company changed the layout so it has a large white gap on one side.

DON'T use this company!!!!!

DON'T use this company!!!!!! The proof process is a nightmare. You can't get ANYONE to respond via email, or phone. I tried for 3 days to get hold of a customer service person to speak to, all to no avail. Finally after trying to get connect via online chat, I thought the issue got solved and the person said my order would be expediated because it had a deadline and that deadline was closing fast. My order did NOT arrive on time even though I paid $20 for quick postage. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I'm disgusted at how difficult it is to get in touch with anyone. It feels very 'scammy'. I don't believe they are in NZ at all.
