Awful service, prepare for headaches
I've been ordering from this business for YEARS for my small business. Constantly late.
Randomly they will send one banner separately from the rest. Then they claim they always do this, when it has NEVER happened.
Then their customer service has a blanket statement about why it's different now.
Twice now they said they would have an account manager reach out to me and they never do! WTF!!!!

Great experience and very fast!
Great experience and very fast!! The image I uploaded (and thought it looked good), was actually not right! When I called and spoke to the agent she explained the border was white - I had no Idea that was a border and thought it was the end of the banner. I told her YES enlarge the image please to fit the full banner! She saved the day by explaining the issue and fixing it! Then I got the banner in a few days! Very satisfied.
