Back Massager Scam!!
Avoid at all costs.
Would rate zero stars if i could.
Saw a back massager / yoga stretcher advertised on Facebook. The Mrs struggles with her back so thought id take a punt for xmas.
Advert looked legit, as did their website but it would appear others have fallen foul of the same thing I did!!
Annoyingly the reviews hadn't been published when I made my purchase, but the company were on the shop app, so fugured they were reputable.
Ordered on the 11th Dec, email confirmation received immediately. Email confirmation of dispatch received next day (12th) but suggested delivery may take longer than usual due to time of year (understandable).
All was looking good.......then silence.
Numerous attempts made to contact, to no avail.
Emailed through the shop app - no reply.
Used the messenger service on their website - no reply.
Even emailed their info address published on the website - no reply.
Im now speaking to the bank to try and get the money refunded.
Fingers crossed ey!!

I ordered the massage mat and didn't recieved it. After making the payment, I received an order number and the website indicated that the mat was on its way. However, it never arrived. I tried to track the order using the company's website but it said that I had not made any order. I also contacted them but they never replied. This is a total scam so be aware and do not order the mat.

I would give them no stars if it were possible. They don't reply to emails. They are just a bunch of scammers. Don't waist your time and your money.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. I ordered the back massaging mat only to track my order after I had an email saying my order was on its way and it says no order can be found.
I have emailed them and had no response. The emails are also bouncing back now so clearly a scam site.
I have written in twice using their online form, still no response.
I am contacting my bank to retrieve the payment back. DO NOT use this scam website!
