Great product. I much prefer a material strap to a plastic one. Easy to snap on and off, the strap stretches with movement and doesn't catch.
Easy to click on and off to a Fenix 6, and easy to adjust strap.
Customer service is fantastic too, quick response and happy to help with any queries.

I already had one nylon strap from Baool which I really liked. I ordered a second, magnetic metal strap but it didn’t fit my wrist. I wrote to Baool and they helped me to understand my options and came up with a good option to swap for a different model. Customer service was very responsive and fair

After a recent purchase of a Velcro Travel loop adventure watch band for my Garmin Fenix 8 I started to have some issues with the holding ability of the Velcro on the band after approximately 5 months.
I contacted BAOOL and explained the issue and they were more than happy to help. They have replaced the band at no cost other than shipping..
Correspondence from BAOOL was prompt and professional.
Very good product but has some issues in dirty environments, perhaps some more R and D may eliminate the only quality issue this particular product has.

After having misunderstandings with the order, Baool customer service provided me not only with another watch band but pins to correct the sizing issue I ran into.

I am very impressed by the service and customer satisfaction focus of this company. I actually made an error on my order, and sent a message to them asking about a refund. Instead of the refund, they sent me a free replacement item! This is exceptional customer support and I am very pleased with my dealings with them. I recommend Baool for your watch band needs.

Fantastic service highly recommend

I was very excited to receive my new Baool watch strap for my Garmin Fenix 7, the build looked solid and the stretch material was comfortable.

The shipping time was a few weeks and ended up being £30 odd after shipping.

After 6 months of use, the metal loop holding the strap, broke. I was gutted.

I emailed Baool, who offered a 50% off a new strap. I thought the strap should last longer than 6 months. Especially at this price point and waiting 4 plus weeks for shipping.

I am training for an Ironman, so it’s not having heavy use as in working in construction or physical sports such as martial arts etc.

I am gutted as I really like the product but felt let down by build quality and lack of support by Baool Customer Services.

Shame really.

My first order was sent quickly but wrong size leather band received (too large), poor description on website, so I agreed to pay shipping (15$) for a replacement. Replacement leather band received, still too large but also assembled with the print on the inside instead of outside! Very diaspointed with the vintage leather band, the silicone/rubber one is ok though but it remains to be seen if it will outlast an original Garmin 6 silicone band.

First off, the is is not $80 worth of strap. Secondly, the steps required to adjust the strap to your wrist size are a PITA. Seriously, if you know a jeweller take it there otherwise you'll be very frustrated getting it to the right size and redoing the pins each time. It is a cheap Chinese made strap.

Never receivedy order. Don't respond to email.

Compre una correa para mi reloj , no solo que el envío se demoró más de un mes si no que no lo entregaron , se quedan con tu dinero , responden muy a menudo y sin resolver nada . No comprar aquí !!

Deres tracking er komplet udueligt, eller også har de bare taget mine penge og ikke sendt varen. Betalingen blev trukket 8. februar???

Please be aware that the "Stretch Sport Nylon Band For Garmin Fenix 8/7/6/5" is too large for the average female wrist (mine is 16cm), and returns are not trivial - they have to be sent to China, with customs declarations etc. involved. I actually thought the band was good quality, but it's super disappointing that the company does not make this size problem clear at the point of purchase - or better still, make a strap that fits the "other" 50% of the population.

Har købt deres Vintage Leather Strap For Suunto -22mm urrem, og den lever absolut op til det lovede. Godt håndværk og perfekt pasform til uret. Fuldt tilfreds med mit køb.

Fup Fup Fup. Jeg ville returnere en urrem, det kan jeg nærmest ikke, da jeg insisterer skal jeg huske selv at deklarerer told:-(
