They have been a good brand for quite some time, but you cannot reach them via phone and even the staff are becoming rude when you finally do reach them.

I've been a customer for like 5 years and I'm confident this company is going out of business.

There's no way to contact them via phone (all phones are disconnected), the live chat on their website is disconnected, they don't respond to the contact form on their website, and I haven't received an email response.

I've been purchasing Anything Slim pants since like 2020; I recently decided to join their "elite membership" and I purchased the pants again, and they are not the same. So disappointing. TERRIBLE FIT. TERRIBLE PRODUCT. I ordered a size 34 and it's like a size 38 in the waist (and has a scrunchy area, for what?), the thighs are tight, and calves loose... Used to fit PERFECT on me, my old pants still fit perfect.

They used to have really nice jeans too, it's just not the same. This has gone way down hill.

What happened to y'all?

This is an unsolicited review. I started with a pair of jeans. My bad, they were not the right size. Easy exchange, got a perfect fit after exchange. I have since purchased more stuff and everything has been perfect INCLUDING responsive and highly effective customer service. I hate clothes shopping, but they make getting great-fitting, high-quality jeans and shirts (and even business attire) easy. If you have an athletic build and can't find jeans that fit larger quads or shirts to accentuate the positive, give these folks a try.

The quality of this clothing is bar none some of the best gear I have ever worn, They also offer a lifetime warranty. I have learned that if you do not get a response from them, Check your SPAM!! They will respond!

Bought some jeans, they’re tiny for the size they are. Emailed support to replace, no response. Emailed support to return, no response. Out money on jeans I can’t even wear. F these guys

I have a few pair of pants from Barbell. One pair ended up with a bad zipper after a few months. I contacted the company about a repair or replacement. They never responded. I will stick with Lulu. I can at least just go to a store and they replace defective product with no questions.

I thought with the prices they were charging it was going to be quality American made clothing.
It is not it is cheap Chinese clothing extremely disappointing, won't buy from these again

Crotch completely worn out after 10 months. Super comfortable and generous around the thigh area, but the cost of these jeans is a lot and I'd expect them to last longer.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought my boyfriend a shirt from here as a Christmas present. Wasn't true to size- they didn't even say what fabric it was made from so I had no way of knowing- we got it and it doesn't fit. Went to go exchange it, they are all out of stock and only gave me $27.00 in store credit when the shirt was $34.00 meaning if I used that I STILL would have to pay $4.00 something. I checked to do a refund, and they'll refund it but with a "restocking fee." So basically, no support because they will just take more money. Absolutely awful and unethical. Also, they delete all their reviews that aren't good, which is also shady and I'm pretty sure this company is a straight up scam.

Poor quality denim. Uneven seams everywhere. Crotch tears within a few months. Highly overpriced for poor quality. Please use caution and do not spend $100+ for jeans that will only last a few months.
Horrible product.

Marketed as Made in America denim, as in they have American flags all over their jeans. Very subtle but underneath one of the tags is the Made in China tag. Just another $5 pair of pants listed at $150. Do not buy this trash.

Good quality clothings but awful company to deal with. Horrendous support that just wants your money... all of it... now. I should have read the other peoples reviews before ordering from Barbell Apparel.

I really hope they come around and who knows, maybe even reopen their services in Europe on top of it.

On their site, I left a two-star review. However, they would not publish my review, which is an extremely shady and unethical misrepresentation of how customers see their products. The shirts I purchased were not sized correctly, and sadly, since it was on sale, their policy is "no returns or exchanges," which again, is extremely shady and unethical. Deeply unhappy with my experience.

They had an EU website, I ordered gear, didn’t like it, sent it back, they refused to refund, offered store credit, then closed down the EU business. Contacted them in the states, basically told me it’s not their problem. Avoid like COVID. I got totally scammed

They will never ship your order and keep postponing it and then when you ask for your money back they will be oh were still shipping it when it's been 3 weeks already after you pay for 3 to 4 day shipping. If you don't have the product in stock don't sell it that simple beyond stupid

I love these guys - service is the best. the products are awesome.

A-maz-ing!! I'm sure all the guys at Barbell know my husband by name, because he has pretty much purchased everything they make. The materials they use are so incredibly comfortable and they wash beautifully. We recently bought some shirts for my son, and he just texted saying he wants more. I Highly recommend Barbell!

These guys are legit. Great customer service. Quality products. Sizes are correct for the athletic build. Worth every penny.
