SCAM SCAM SCAM please don’t be fooled! They maybe cheap but they never even delivered my bed and are fraudster. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I ordered a headboard 4 weeks ago. I had no email confirmation so no order no. I telephoned a week later to confirm delivery as I needed to get cash to pay the driver. I was assured it was being delivered the next week. I've still not received it. I have contacted them twice via email with no response. I just want the headboard. Is it coming or not. Do I reorder or will I then be delivered two. My post code is CF14 5LN. No 7

NOT AS DESCRIBED I ordered a silentnight divan. Misleading and inaccurate information to gain money under false pretence. Transparency and honesty was expected. I would NOT trust this website as you Do NOT get what they falsly advertise! Buyer BEWARE!

Great quality as usual - plush blue colour is a little brighter than I had thought, - but brilliant quality none the less :)

The bed “frame” is fine although it’s not clear on the website you need to add a mattress, also paid for installation and the guys turned up saying we are only delivering , told them we paid £60 for install they said ok can we borrow some tools to carry out install , left us with a incomplete install after phoning people asking how to assemble the bed frame they left and I had to complete myself NOT GOOD SERVICE

A good choice of beds, mattresses and headboards at a reasonable price. The people were friendly and we got what we ordered within the time frame that was agreed.

I’ve used Barclay Beds previously to order a headboard and was very happy with the service and product but this time it wasn’t as good.

Delivery was unannounced and not on the date advertised, meaning I returned home after working away for a few days to find the headboard left outside, in the back garden, with one corner of the package in a bowl of water that we leave outside for some local wildlife.

The packaging was thankfully good enough to mean no damage to the headboard itself (not that the courier would know this), but on unpacking the headboard I found two of the fabric buttons were loose in the packaging, having fallen out of the headboard. It’s clear from looking at them that they have not been hammered into the headboard correctly, meaning I had the use pliers to straighten to button nails and then hammer in again myself.

All minor(ish) things but not really OK for the money. Not sure I trust to order again which is a shame as the first headboard that I ordered last year was great.

Good quality headboard I've got a similar one on another bed more then twice the price and no difference between them very happy.

The headboard I ordered had one photograph on the website. The headboard I received was well made in a lovely fabric (I had sent for samples), but was not the same as the photograph. As it is clearly NOT AS DESCRIBED I have asked for a refund. So far a disappointing response from the company, which I hope will be resolved soon, at which point I am happy to update the review.

Beautiful bed but both bottom boards are missing, this should not happen, all orders should be thoroughly checked. Awaiting a response

Bellair Grey headboard arrived as expected, which was good. As with other reviews the headboard was not finished carefully enough for a 5 star review. Bit wrinkly on the top of the board and one of the lines was not straight, it all just needed a bit more attention to detail in the making. Had to make one of the holes bigger in the struts that attach to the bed. It was for a spare room, it looks pretty and the purchase price was really good so all in all it was a good purchase but that little bit of extra attention would have made it a 5 star purchase

Good communication through the sale and delviery process. Great price and great qualtity - easy to assemble, all parts lined up perfectly and it went to gether quickly.

I ordered our bed on the 30/11/21 & it was delivered 11/12/21. A week earlier than advised. Received a call the day before delivery to advise a time & called by delivery men 30 minutes before arriving with the bed.
The bed is amazing & great quality. We got an absolute bargain compared to other companies we looked at. We would definitely recommend them & will use them again in the future.

After reading some of the comments I was apprehensive about buying a bed from Barclays. But the bed arrived before time, was easy to assemble, good quality and my teenage daughter absolutely loves it.

After a long wait for the rest of the bed to be delivered, I received the missing cage which was left on my doorstep by the courier! No communication that it was to be delivered on that day. Have come to put the bed up today and it does not fit together. I am absolutely at a loss as I still do not have a bed and it’s been around 3 weeks waiting to get this sorted. All I want now is for them to collect the bed parts and for me to get my money refunded. Let’s hope they contact me to arrange, which they are legally bound to do according to the CCR.
