For the majority of my subscription, I couldn’t fault B&B. However, the penultimate month I was sent the wrong fragrance, and there was no response to my emails. This should have rang alarm bells, as Frankee was always very prompt in responding. The final month, I was refunded, without any explanation. Emails and messages went ignored. This was in 2022. Only recently, Feb/Mar time, has there finally been an explanation. An absolutely disgusting way to treat customers, frankly - no pun intended.

**Update** very swiftly received a bottle of Tokyo and it smells amazing! Decided to keep my subscription. Thanks for rectifying this and so quickly too 😊
I was lured into this subscription via a Glossybox discount, chose the perfume that best suited my tastes which was advertised at that time as Tokyo and was sent “Fluffy Lemon Top” which I never in a million years would choose for myself (especially now after smelling it!) Wrote and complained, received a reply saying it’s my fault as that’s what I chose.. sent screen shots showing exactly what I chose and it wasn’t that.. no reply since no offer of exchange or refund not even a mere sorry, received 2nd sample bottle today and it smells as if I rubbed my wrist with tomato plant leaves. Cancelling my subscription.

Bare and Bond is unique
Bare and Bond is unique in what they offer. I love scent. I have my go to signatures for day time and evening but I love exploring and this gives me that chance. I’ve discovered some real gems and am saving up for a big bottle of Amber by Rook.

Really disappointed with this company…
Really disappointed with this company so far. I am still waiting for perfume crackers ordered via notonthehighstreet on 5th December. They were only to be despatched on 14th December and when I query what is the delay in sending communication drys up! Quick to take your money appauling to answer your questions and Im beginning to think they are never going to be sent!!!!! Really annoying!
So this is the response I have received! Unfortunately you only provided this information after multiple prompts which were ignored as to why my order was delayed. You also amended the delivery date to reflect it arriving on the 16th December on the website after I complained. When I ordered on the 5th December it was NOT showing to be delivered on 16th! You should also NOT have taken a customers money before you were able to fulfil orders which was not communicated to me at the time so the excuse that your bottles were delayed is a poor excuse. All in all a poor experience!

This review makes me very sad. When you placed your order on Notonthehighstreet.com, the advertised delivery date was the 16th December.
Having reached out to us to enquire about the delivery and advise you needed them by the 17th, we went above and beyond to get your order delivered to you on time and emailed you back the same day advising what we were going to do to ensure delivery on time. We sent your order today (15th) and upgraded your postage to special delivery (free of charge) to ensure you got the crackers on the 16th (the date of delivery advertised to you), a day before you needed them.
30mins before you wrote this review, we also emailed you to say, we had also upgraded your crackers to include dried flower bouquets and twice the amount of perfume, just try bring you some extra joy.
Given the efforts we have gone to in order to make sure your order arrived on the date advertised when you bought it and the lengths we went to try and bring you a little more delight in the christmas chaos, we're so sad you are still not happy.
We do wish you the very best this Christmas and hope you enjoy the Christmas crackers in the end.

If scents are your thing, you're going to love this
The service is an awesome idea. It allows you to deep sample curated scents. You just have to accept that the months you get something you don't like/ doesn't suit are the price of finding a scent or producer you really love that you would otherwise have never happened upon.
It's not cheap, but fair and value imho.

An indulgent treat
What a treat to have an artisan perfume delivered each month! I've really loved the two I've received so far and I'm happy to continue to subscribe for a while longer - although I certainly don't use enough to merit the purchase of a 15 ml bottle every month. The scheme delivers great quality perfume - which so far smells gorgeous - and it's good value at the price.

Thanks for your feedback. It's so interesting what perfumes some customer love and others really dislike. Of course, perfume is far to personal to love every perfume we send you. Sorry you didn't like the one you received. A lot of customers have bought full bottles of it, so maybe gift it to a friend who might like it more. If you'd reached out to our customer service team, we probably would have sent you another you might have liked more.
