The price is too high!
when you order, the shipping cost is not exposed and it was around 10 €....
Moreover as the shipments came from UK i had to add custom fee around 12€.... I thought that under 50 euros values no custom fee where due, but it wasn't like that.
So in the end I payed more than 40 euros for 50 ml of paint... even yachting luxurios paint at the detail cost "orders of magnitude" less.

Great Product
Everything works just like it was advertised and the customer service was great. They were quick to help me if there were any problems. Definitely recommend!

first purchase i received a faulty…
first purchase i received a faulty board,Pascal from Bareconductive guided me for troubleshooting said would send a replacement board but i was surprised to receive the whole kit as a replacement.I was really surprised…this is excellent service

I paid twice cause first time there…
I paid twice cause first time there wasn’t paint and second time i paid 30€ of postal commission. The product is good but i spend a lot of money to take it!

First , At your site there is no field to add VAT ID .
i sent 3 times email to clarify , that we want an invoice .
Second , for an order about 1000 € we pay 400 € at Custom . Ok it is not your fault , but it isn't clear that you are in UK at first glance on your site .

Hello, thank you for the critical feedback. We're working with Shopify to find a solution to enter VAT information. You should have received an invoice with your VAT information included. We have a shipping policy that customers need to agree to that explain customs charges, but we'll try to make it more clearer.
