Staff were efficient and businesslike
Staff were efficient and businesslike. The car was prepared in advance and ready to be collected. I tried to extend rental for an extra day however, this could no be granted due to the busyness of bookings.

I was very happy with my rental…
I was very happy with my rental experience from Bargain Car rentals.Price was reasonable,pickup and drop off was convenient.I was a bit annoyed with being asked about damage to vehicle which was on the the pre pickup inspection.Also the employer said I had returned the vehicle with a flat battery??? Well how did I get it there?? He was trying to start the vehicle whilst not sitting in the driver's seat so it wouldn't start.

However not happy with Airport Rentals as I thought I was dealing with Bargain Car and the insurance I purchased was not the one that Bargain Car used

We do work with our third parties/agents where we can to make sure that information is advised as clearly as possible during the booking process, but I do apologise as it sounds like there is still room to improve here.
