We’ve used Bargain on many occasions and many locations. We don’t find the off airport locations a problem as the pick up bus is always good.
Extremely reasonable and friendly staff. Pickup was quite fast as well. An area for improvement is to send an acknowledgement that the request for airport shuttle had been received and approx how long... Voir plus

Airport pickup and drop off was smooth and timely (clear process). The customer service was fine at both ends of the hire - clear explanations and communication of risks and obligations.
The car was as booked, in good condition and clean.

Easy to book. Best rates for hire. Pick-up and drop off was smooth (it helped alot that I'd completed the online check-in prior to pick-up).

Great experience - highly recommend this company!
We were pleasantly surprised to be given a 2026 Subaru Forester as our vehicle, as we had expected an older car. The friendly and detailed information and service from the lovely Kiwi girl in the office gave us a wonderful introduction to the company.
The hire itself went really well. The only thing we would recommend is having WhatsApp available as a contact method. With no phone coverage and only internet access, it was difficult for us to contact the company from the airport to arrange our transfer to the site. We tried getting help from some busy locals, but eventually just ended up waiting until the shuttle arrived for someone else.
That said, this certainly wouldn’t put us off hiring from you again, as everything else was perfect.

While we do aim to have the free shuttle service running constantly during our open hours sometimes due to circumstances out of our control there may be delays that will be addressed as quickly as possible.
Apologies for this as it sounds like you have been left waiting for the shuttle longer than expected.
With any booking if you do find that our free shuttle service is taking a bit longer than you would like you can always make your own way to the depot via taxi or uber and our staff would get you into the vehicle for your booking ASAP.
