Received sofa bed in December,have just made into the bed and cut hand on metal protruding through fabric,also permanant dent on foam under fabric on arm and lopsided stretching of fabric at front of sofa,bad workmanship.would like to return for an exchange or refund.

DON'T Buy the dahlia sofa bed
The sofas we ordered were the dahlia sofa bed. We recieved it undamaged. The directions could have been better
The sofa beds are are like sitting on bricks the sides are not very well constructed (creeking every time you sit on the sofa) these are the most uncomfortable sofas we have ever bought. We will probably have to bin them they're that bad!! So think twice before buying this sofa. I can not fault the seller it's the sofa is soo bad.

Ordered stools but wasn’t happy when…
Ordered stools but wasn’t happy when they arrived very flimsy. Contacted the company and they said I had to pay to return them 😡 so cost me £90 to return them . I definitely will not use these again as it states 30 days money back !! Not that you have to pay postage returns to them

Everything delivered correctly and very quickly. Happy with the items.
Disappointed though that things get removed from the basket before you get chance to check out and can't be added in once you press to confirm the order so left with a couple of things that I've now got to shop around and find another as was buying for two grandchildren but only got one thing.
Delivery charge is a too high to just order one more thing, although delivery couldn't be faulted for speed and communication.

Ordered two 2 seater sofas on the Wednesday and they were delivered by Arrow following Tuesday. Very pleased with the sofas which are comfy and stylish and the delivery team were great.
Communication from both was brilliant could not be happier after being let down by Argos.
