My experience with these guys has been quick and great quality absolutely recommend them very happy

On the 1st of April '26, I made a purchase of $160...
I have tried to contact the bargainsmokesau.com to no avail.
I am being ignored and my money stolen.
if I do not hear from this company in 24hours, I WILL make sure this company is closed down by public demand. The internet just loves stories about pensioners being ripped off!

Good communication via WhatsApp and email. Never had a problem and always received the order

I have been dealing with this company for a while now and they are great. Never had an issue and delivery is fast.

I have not received order, had no confirmation of payment, tried to contact by email several times very slow to respond would not give tracking order insisted I have to contact via whats app. I'm in my 70's and have a basic phone so email is my preferred option. No customer service no delivery - beware of this company

Who cares you get the goods for a good price could not be happier.

I dislike having to use the what's app just to get my tracking number and they are not Australia's cheapest as the company I normally order from are cheaper thought l would give them a go. Had to email them 3 times before anyone responded.The only positive was quick delivery

when i first placed a order i made a big mistake by not pressing the pay button i felt really bad after i had already, give em hell, Adam was amazingly understanding, well it turns out within 3 days to wa it was on my doorstep, the product was actually better in taste than where i was buying before. so its 5 stars for both orders i received b4 i expected it and 5 stars for the product which I'm very happy with
