Erfüllt in keiner Weise die Ansprüche an eine Soundbar.
Das Teil ist billigst verarbeitet und Keine 20€ wert.
Es handelt sich hier eindeutig um Betrug. Eine Rücksendung wird so kompliziert gemacht, daß man es kaum durchführen kann.
Unterirdisch schlecht.
Mittlerweile ist sogar die Webseite von Bariveo geschlossen und es ist kein Kontakt mehr möglich.

Auch ich bin in die Falle getappst.
Die Soundbar klingt unterirdisch.
Gebe dem Ganzen eine 2 von 10.
Nichts das den Preis von ca. 200 Euro rechtfertigt.

Don’t buy this soundbar, bad audio quality and it doesn’t work properly. I accepted a 20% refund to keep it but only received part of it. Now no response from the company.

I purchase their Ultra soundbar last year and it arrived as I termed 'Dead On Arrival' I paid for the purchase via PayPal. When I informed them it is not working and wish to return the equipment, they want to charge me 20% of the purchase price and that I should also pay for the return freight.
In the last resort I approached PayPal to act on my behalf and I received the full amount less the freight charged.
Lol and behalf today 12/02/2026 The parcel I dispatched has arrived back to my front door with a sticker saying return from China.
I am not sure what this company is playing at. As far as I am concern, the matter has been resolved.
The gors the saying "The right hand do not know what the right hand is doing".
My advise to the public is "DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY"

After looking at reviews on trust pilot I requested a total refund which was resisted by Oliver who was a scammer thanks to PayPal. I got my 100% refund. No problem. I hope he gets back what he gives out.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could have given no stars I would. Bought the soundbar, it doesn't work properly, sounds very 'tinny' and volume not equal on speakers. Was told I would have to pay for return to China, which in their words would be 'relatively expensive'. Said I can keep the soundbar and received a 35% refund. Total scam. I paid via credit card so can reclaim the full cost, however, that's not the point. Please stay away from this company. They should be prosecuted for ripping people off.

Purchased the Bariveo sound bar. It worked fine except that it cannot be paired with the TV remote to turn on. In today’s world to admit that it doesn’t have that capability should be identified in their website. Almost all sound bars can pair on/off and volume controls. When I chose to return the product I was told that there would be a 20% re-stocking fee - again not disclosed on the website. They offered a 20% refund if I kept the unit. I agreed. I subsequently received only a 15% refund. Unbelievable. Do not purchase. They cannot be trusted. Hopefully these reviews will force them to shut down business in Canada.

En nettside som er produsert med falsk informasjon. Man får et produkt, men resten er bare lureri.

Terrible company to deal with, had to get Lloyd’s to claim back the money who were brilliant. Should not be aloud to do business in the Uk, for that matter anywhere in the world. Truly shocking.

Speaker arrived already damaged.
Very poor quality sound and it is definitely not waterproof. I can see small holes in the grills near on/off buttons where water can seep in.
Customer service is a joke. They will do everything to prevent you returning the product and they will give you an address in China for returns.
Fake reviews claiming to be the best in group tests.
Avoid at all costs.
You can get much better quality products for cheaper prices.

Es wird eine Soundbar mit exzellentem Klang und zum unschlagbaren Preis angeboten; doch im Prinzip: 2 sehr billige Lautsprecherboxen, die man zu einer Box zusammen führen kann. Es gibt kein Impressum, keinen Stornierungsbutton, nur eine Mailadresse. Per Mail sofort storniert, doch nur Ausflüchte, kein Geld zurück und das Dreisteste, man soll die Box auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken. Dieser Shop müsste von Deutschland längst gesperrt werden müssen. Bitte Ihr Leser, nicht drauf reinfallen! Mein Kampf mit den Kundenmitarbeiter Oliver ist noch lange nicht zu Ende.
Man bekommt einen miserable Billigsoundbar & möchte man diese reklamieren, kommt vom Verkäufer nur 10% Rabatt, Retoure selbst bezahlen oder man soll es einfach behalten... Ich würde gerne 0 Sterne geben, aber geht ja leider nicht!

….. I stupidly fell for the urgency.

Only checked on TrustPilot after I’d bought, forgot to check beforehand. Again stupid mistake.

I tried to cancel 30 minutes after ordering. I was told several days later even though my email was read straight away, ‘sorry it’s already been dispatched’. I was also told in the same email ‘not worry about all the negative reviews, they are all our competitors trying to bad mouth us’ ! Funnily enough, the following day after that email the only 5 star review appeared on trustpilot !
Anyway I had no choice to give the product the benefit of the doubt when it arrived.
It arrived a week or so later, the packaging was incredibly flimsy and was crushed at one end, inevitably the soundbar was dented inside. Curiously the box inside that the power pack was in was already ripped open. There was no doubt in my mind that this had been returned before.
So, all the reviews were in fact correct, and not from competitors ! Surprise surprise !

14 emails later Oliver at Bariveo was still refusing a 100% refund and cost of return covered. You are entitled to this as a UK consumer if an item arrives faulty or damaged.
Oliver progressively offered 10% 20% 30% 40% eventually ending at 50% refund and for me to keep this.
If I was to return it, I was going to have to pay for return approx £50-60, and he was only giving 80% refund for that anyway !

If you have paid by debit or credit card, then don’t forget to can use chargeback with a UK bank. I think you have to wait 30 days from purchase, so that Oliver has a chance to give 100% of your money back and pay for return (which he isn’t !) Just make sure you keep your emails as evidence. I think the time limit to claim is 120 days from purchase , but again check this out for yourself.

Min anbefaling til at i holder jer LANGT væk fra dette firma! Jeg har modtaget (på trods af at jeg skrev til dem kort efter min ordre) et sæt højtalere til tv. Jeg har betalt ca 1500kr men det er det værste fætter BR legetøj! Det er ikke 500kr værd! FUSK! JEg googlede "bedst i test" og disse kom op som nr 1. Så derfor vælger jeg at købe. Det må være en falsk "bedst i test" for de er elendige!

It’s a scam, they have even faked a site that rates soundbars and put there crap at number 1. Don’t believe any positive reviews on this site either for this product , they act like a reputable company but it’s just a scam ,

Ich habe mir die Soundbar gekauft, die als Spitzenprodukt angeboten wurde. Ich war auf der Plattform soundbartest.org, die bei genauer Betrachtung unseriös ist.
Die Ware ist keinen Cent wert! Trotz 30 Tage Rückgabegarantie will man mir kein Rücksendelabel senden. Statt dessen soll ich die Soundbar verschenken und anderen eine Freude machen (das haben die tatsächlich geschrieben!). Dafür würde ich bei der nächsten Bestellung 10% Rabatt bekommen. SICHER NICHT!!!

My order didn’t arrive and customer service at Bariveo asked me to pay another £50 to ship a second order as they said the original order had been destroyed by the courier. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Virkeligt dårligt produkt. Lader passer ikke til Danmark.
