Barris Roofing Ltd Avis 

I have used Barris Roofers for over 12 years for all of my properties. They are efficient and do an amazing job. Most importantly they can be relied on to start and finish on time and will always deal with any subsequent problems. I cannot recommend them more highly and would not use anyone else.

Had a replacement flat roof done on our porch. The work was done to the best quality and in great time, with great care. The two lads were there very promptly and got on with the job in the most professional way. Amazing work and amazing customer service from start to finish

We got conned by a different roofer and they completely ruined our roof and left us with high anxiety and worried. We found Barris roofing and Peter morris came out very quickly and investigated the leak and a week later they fixed the issue fantastic team and very trustworthy company. Barris proved to be a great choice for us. The new roof looks fantastic and Peter was most cooperative in dealing with my frequent emails and requests. The work was carried out to a high standard in a calm and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have used Barris for a number of years. They are dependable and stand behind their work. When something needing a revisit after a few years they did so quickly and without charge. And today again on another part of our old roof that needed a fix they did so promptly. Trustworthy and competent, I highly recommend.

Overall a mixed experience. The initial survey and quote was done promptly. Having accepted the quote it took more than 6 calls over three weeks to get a date for the start of works. The roofers arrived unannounced four weeks after the supposed start date. The work itself was speedy and a guarantee was provided promptly on payment. The scaffolding has now been in place for coming up to five weeks after the work finished and will, hopefully, be taken away this Friday. The lack of communication and haphazard scheduling is not what is expected from a professional company.

The owner claims that I expected things to be regimented and that poor weather accounts for my experience. This is not true. Poor weather does not excuse the lack of communication, certainly it requires no effort to inform the homeowner when roofers will attend, rather than turning up unannounced. The lack of response to customer calls and emails demonstrates a lack of courtesy and professionalism. While the owner claims to be busy juggling multiple projects he was able to respond to my Google review in no time on a weekday afternoon!!
