I had personalized service which was excellent. The pricing was more than fair AND they gave a slight discount as well. Special delivery was provided to me which made it easier and more convenient for me as well.

I placed an order for the wrong item. It was the weekend, and I sent an email to sales@, not very hopeful that it would get read. An hour later, they had replied and cancelled the order, enabling me to place the correct order the same day, which was shipped out on Monday. Great service!
