It’s been over a month and I have not…

It’s been over a month and I have not received my shipment. I was sent email about being shipped and when I utilized the tracking number it is showing delivered!! That ain’t the case. It doesn’t even have my full addrsss up there to be delivered to! Very disappointed in the company and was looking forward to the product. I would not recommend buying anything from this site

Made a purchase. Invoice read; Express Shipping (Arrive in 1-2 Business Days) I's been a month and never received anything. I've emailed the several times without any reply back. This company is a fake.

I ordered an eight count of shirts and…

I ordered an eight count of shirts and shorts and an eight count of shirts and pants says it was delivered on the fourth, but I never received it. Check the cameras nothing was ever delivered. Check my neighbors cameras nothing was ever delivered. Dispute the charges.

Excellent

I bought an organic sweatshirt a three months ago. I wear it all the time as it is excellent quality. Definitely one of my favourite pieces that I own. Fast delivery great customer service no complaints.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. The product I received was not as described and when I raised the issue with customer service, I provided photos and tried to resolve things properly. Instead of feeling like my concerns were taken seriously, my photos were dismissed and my requests regarding a return were not handled in the way I expected based on the company’s stated policies.

What frustrated me most was not just the product issue itself, but how the situation was handled afterwards. Problems happen with every business, but customer service is where companies show whether they genuinely care about customers.

I’ve been left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the experience overall and will now be discussing my options with my bank. I would personally recommend shopping with a company that places more value on customer support and standing behind the products they sell.
