Basetax - Chartered Accountants & Tax Advisor Avis 

Two years in a row we've used Basetax to file non resident U.K. tax returns. Service has been first class, very quick and responsive.

After battling literally for months with HMRC to try and get tax return in and ending in tears of frustration on several occasions it was a total breeze and utter relief to hand this over to Kah at Basetax who effortlessly managed to submit my return saving me more grief. Would highly recommend and intend to use from now on as although my affairs should be simple HMRC seem to find ways to complicate everything!

Basetax keep on surprising me. In this day and age of push button automated responses it is a delight to get real help from a real person. My tax returns keep throwing up problems but Basetax make it so easy and solve the problems with a very friendly and professional service.

Have been using the free software for over a year and am very impressed at simplicity and ease of use. The response to bugs and suggestions has been outstanding too. It has made record keeping and professional invoicing incredibly simple and routine rather than onerous.

Having now upgraded to pro the experience of getting my tax return completed for me was extremely quick, painless and very supportive, clear and responsive. This took what had seemed set to be a really intimidating, stressful and scary aspect of setting up as a sole trader into a breeze.

I cannot recommend this as vice and software highly enough if you're looking to keep records easily, send professional invoices, have mobile access, and submit your tax return directly and rapidly.

I used Basetax to complete my annual tax return after leaving the UK. I found the site's online service simple to use and was very pleased with the way it guided me through the process step-by-step. For me though, what set's the service apart and really stood out was the level of support. I made a few mistakes in my submission and needed to make a few amendments. I found the support (from Kah) friendly, kind, quick and very helpful - I felt he really went beyond the level of service you get from almost any online service.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in using Basetax again in the future and I heartily recommend them to everyone!

Found base tax via the HMRC website when looking for a simple book keeping solution for my small business.

I LOVE this software it is REALLY simple to use just ins, outs and mileage claim. I know they offer more complicated versions too but the small business version is perfect.

Since joining I now pay for their £15 a month plan which includes access to the software AND Kah and his team of London based accountants doing my tax return each year.

Great live chat support and half what my previous accountant in Grimsby was charging me each year.

Kah also introduced me to totally digital accounting no more storing folders and folders of receipts for 5 years.

Highly recommend this company for any small business wanting to take the nightmare out of their accounting.
