I ordered my basket for Valentine's Day…

I ordered my basket for Valentine's Day for my girlfriend who has been graciously taking care of me after i broke my ankle. The basket I picked specifically had truffle sausage which I knew she would love since she loves truffle, it was supposed to be the center piece of the basket, however, I received a beef summer sausage and when I emailed about the mistake, customer service basically just told me "you signed our terms and agreement so deal with it". That's the way I felt the response meant. Although it was delivered in a timely manner and the arrangement was nice, I was not impressed with the lack of customer service and the wrong item, regardless if a change needed to be made at the last minute. I wish someone would have asked me to pick something else rather than just picking for me, especially because I bought the basket based on that truffle sausage. Nice arrangement, but most likely won't be buying again.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. Every review I write gets deleted. The reviews on their own page are clearly mostly fake.
The gift basket we ordered as a gift (almost $200) was not even sent out for delivery until 6 days after it was due to be delivered. Every item in the "basket" was a substitute. Even the upgraded item we added was substituted for another item. The items in the "basket" were average grocery store items (Planters nuts and Fireball liquor) rather than the unique and very specific gourmet items listed in the description and shown in the picture.

They refuse to do anything to make this right. I am embarrassed by what was sent to my MIL.

I tried to leave a review on their website, Facebook, and Instagram and none of my reviews show up.

If you look closely at the reviews on their web page, you will see a pattern of dates and writing styles that make it clear to me that they fill their own page with fake reviews.
Their Facebook page only has 19 followers and I'm one of them. 19! My cat has more followers on Facebook.

Misleading product description

Delivery was two weeks late. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but it arrived after new year. Product received was very different from what was shown on their website. It was packaged poorly and chocolates was said to be in a book box, but was wrapped in plastic held together by a rubber band. I would not recommend.
