Not a fair casino for both user and buisness. Every single deposit (not a bonus this is real money) has to be x3 wager before you're allowed to withdraw. Company alleges to prevent money laundering however if the games are fair this wouldn't be possible and no other casino has rules to purely build profit.Company has been reported to independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, certified by the Curaçao Gaming Authority for investigation of terms/ conditions been fair. Also reported to gambling commission for investigation and referrals to relevant bodies to review.

One of the worst casinos I have ever come across, deposited using my visa played and won over 100 went to withdraw but did not have a visa withdraw option just mastercard. I went onto live chat to ask about this and they said they have had problems with visa in the past and now only accept mastercard withdrawals thry then said would I like them to help me get a mastercard so I can withdraw my funds which is outrageous. Iv never known a casino to let you withdraw to a diffrenet card to the one you deposited on. I do not know why they let visa deposits if you can not withdraw using visa. I disputed the payment with my bank and won my deposits back. Most these reviews are bots.

The games and content are fine but the biggest issue is that they take your money within seconds but when it comes to paying you out it seems you have to go through so much. Firstly verification, then up to 36hrs to review a withdrawal request. You can only withdraw £400 a time. So any big win you’ll wait a long time for a payout. Still waiting on my first withdrawal but not holding my hopes up. Looking at all the other reviews now I shouldn’t have used this casino and it’s looking more like a scam. Some of the reviews are clearly employees or paid reviews as people saying same day payouts when their live chat just told me it’s how they operate and couldn’t tell me how long over £1000 would take to withdraw other multiple withdrawal attempts

Not gonna lie I got paid my winnings but they’ve took approx 8 transactions. Only small like £10 but x8 to companies in Latvia and Amazon. They took it with my card details. You only get a payout when you upload all your documents but they do pay it.
