I would have struggled to deal direct with a lender as there is a lot of information required and Chris guided me what was needed and if i got it wrong which i did several times he would give me a call. When you deal with Chris, who knows the mortgage market inside out, you know that the application goes in correct. Dealing direct with the lenders call centre would have been a nightmare.
