Bathparlor Avis 

I ordered a sauna heater ($2.5K) that was supposed to be delivered in about 10 days. It's now 32 days since I paid for the unit and I'm getting ZERO responses from Bathparlor. They have not provided a shipping confirmation from a freight company nor any type of tracking ID. I've reached out via phone, left voicemails, used the chat feature on their website and send emails without any response. I now need to contact my credit card company and report fraud and order it from amazon... stay away from Bathparlor is my only recommendation

Everything I ordered arrived in a timely manner and I was pleased to find every item in appropriate condition. I had some issues with the tracking number not matching my items, I also had issues with the sellers "order status" portal not giving me up to date information.

However, I got Bathparlor on the phone and they assisted me with my tracking and even got the shipping company on the line to expedited my delivery.

I'm going with 4 stars here because of the inefficiencies baked into the process, as well as the email I received in reference to my original review (1 star). I felt as though my one star review was given more weight than identifying the actual issue and offering me support. However, when I decided to call I was helped out efficiently so I feel like the customer service is on a case-by-case basis.

Overall, I'm excited for my product & grateful to everyone involved in the process to getting me my sauna.

your salesman was so helpful and had all the answers i needed thanks so much instaallers will be doing in 2 weeks . thanks again i will rell my friends
also if you have a list of people that work on this i would appricate i had my tub steamshower but couldnt find anyone to work on it im 79 so i really needed to change to a shower

Our new Sunray Infrared sauna was delivered quickly and without damage, and my wife and I had it placed, assembled and in use within about 90 minutes. The follow-up from Bath Parlor has been exceptional, and the unit itself is well thought out, well built, and works like a champ!

Sunray sauna arrived quickly and complete, and was very easy to construct and place. My wife and I had it completed within about an hour. Unit works very well thus far.

All in all it was a good experience. The items were package well. no parts were damaged or missing during shipping. Bath Parlor's customer service was there at all times to answer any questions I had (thanks Jessica) and the items were as described on their website.

Very responsive to my questions. The product shipped on time and arrived on time. It will be weeks before we install the steam shower but there is no apparent shipping damage, so I’m assuming everything will go well.
