Bathroom Planet Avis 

Ordered a Geberit sigma flush plate 4 weeks ago, still not had a dispatched email. When I ordered the flush plate it was showing ‘in stock’, but I received an email the following day saying the item was out of stock and due back in within “2-3 weeks”. 4 weeks later still not received my order. Emailed the company numerous times and had no reply. Avoid.

Terrible Company, cost us more money to replace bath they did not deliver, rebook plumber as had no bath and holiday days due to their non delivery , would not recommend

Ordered tap from Bathroom Planet, it arrived very promptly considering it came from the eu with all the issues involved since Brexit, they were very helpful when discussing this and always answered the phone immediately .

I really like the bath tap and basin tap I bought. They are stylish and modern.

Sent back a £100 item that was opened but not fitted as incorrect part ordered. No refund offed as in small print “opened items cannot be refunded!?” Is this even legal under consumer law????

Vanity unit & worktop both came damaged. Trying to sort out replacements was painful. Eventually got the vanity unit. But still waiting for worktop OR refund for worktop! Customer service is terrible.

Bathroom Planet were helpful. There was a delay with the company that made the shower riser soap dish, they sent the wrong item.

Brought a Cistern and a wall plate, rejected at the door as the company delivery was a week late. Apparently they had a system update which caused this.

Anyways. I got a partial refund and was told I will not be getting a full refund. Appalling service from this company.

Very good communication from this company. They communicated the delay on stock with my chosen bathroom radiator quickly but managed to swap the order for an alternative quickly and without. Thank you, Radiator now fitted and all looking good 👍

Product never delivered after a month, another company supplied the goods in 48 hours. Currently we have not received our money back.

Bathroom Planet take ages to give a refund, returned weeks ago. When I did get a refund it was for the wrong amount less than I paid.
They arranged pickup for return. I have evidence proving the return, emails to & fro but still waiting. They then sent out a damaged 2nd cabinet but I can’t be bothered to return that one as it’s costing me money. Very poor customer service and quality. Disappointing

Delivered earlier than expected- very happy with the end product

Item purchased over 2 weeks ago. Yet to be delivered and no correspondence on email after chasing multiple times. Was finally given new date and unsurprisingly also yet to be delivered and still no response from the company.
