Ordered a new battery before 2pm and was fitted to the bike in less than 24hrs. Regular updates and kept me in the loop until the package was delivered, great work guys.

Top Drawer Service, Great Price & Efficient Delivery
I regularly order batteries from a variety of Battery Suppliers. I’ve used The ‘Battery Store’ for the first time this week and what an amazing experience.
I called up with a query and unusually for this industry I was able to get through first time and speak to a very helpful and pleasant man, Mat who assisted my with my queries.
Having placed the order, it was delivered efficiently and communication was excellent throughout. The batteries were well packaged and all arrived safely with no damage.
An excellent first experience. A great price, efficient delivery and top drawer service.

Rang inquired about a new battery and as soon as I said it was for a motorcycle he hung up the phone. I tried again but after a few rings it was cut off without answering.
Why are they in business if they won't talk to customers.

They quote next day delivery, this is day 3 and my order is still awaiting shipment, need a battery fast, this is not the place to order from, they also do not answer emails.
