Great Company

I love their products and I have had the pleasure of working with customer service a few times. They always respond quickly and are very kind and work with you and your desires. Great company. I would highly recommend for affordable jewelry that is cute and fun for every day use. I sleep in my jewelry and I’ve only broke one piece and it was because my puppy’s claws caught it just right. I don’t have missing stones or anything like that.

I hate to love ths jewelry website

I hate to love this jewelry website! I've ordered from baublebar quite a lot. I want to give up on them soo badly due to most of my jewelry turning into copper or stones falling out of some of my pieces. I ordered the birthstone for January (Garnet-red) charm, and it turned orange and it fell out. I bought the two-sided heart enamel necklace and the "Enamel" Turn colors and it started peeling off. It's not breaking off its peeling off like rubber. Let me just say I've spent tons of money at baublebar but wish it wasn't as cheap quality for the price.

Unhappy with experience

Bought an initial bracelet with an A on it. I ask to return it because it was too big for my wrist. I didnt realize it would be that large. Customer service said no because it was a "custom piece" picking if the initial A was gold or silver tone doesn't make it a custom piece. Clearly it could be returned and sold again. I'm still waiting on my 2nd piece I ordered that won't be here until November because it's now on backorder. Which they say is also unavailable for a refund. This was my first purchase from BaubleBar and will definitely be my last.

Andrea was more than helpful

Andrea was more than helpful! She made sure my refund was in order after a chain broke on my new bracelet. I will be ordering from bauble bar again in the future as the customer service is excellent and the other products I’ve bought have stood the test of time!

ordered a blue sodalite necklace. although I have not received it yet, I had forgotten to enter a discount code and via email Kara was kind enough to apply it retroactively. what a sweetheart.
This is not normally their practice, but as it was a pre-order she was able to do it for me

Package lost and company lied

I ordered some jewelry as a gift for someone and unfortunately it did not arrive (lost or stolen i assume). I filled out a form and explained what had happened and received an email stating my claim had been approved and that I would receive a refund/replacement for the order. They then emailed me stating they could only give me a discount code for the amount I paid, despite the email I received stating I'd receive my refund. I don't plan on buying from them again and explained that the order was a gift I had needed by a specific date. This is extremely shady practice and I'd advise buyers to beware. I will update my review if the problem is solved

The Newbie to BaubleBar

I'm new to BaubleBar. I love their products and I received my custom bracelet. But, last weekend, the small rope broke off (luckily, it landed in my handbag - I was doing retail therapy) and saw the bracelet hanging on my wrist (again, grateful I didn't lose it). I reached out to the Customer Service at BaubleBar to inquiry on how the small rope can be fasten to the bracelet...I received a timely response and it was mentioned that I can receive a replacement but the customer service representative, Tiffany, would understand if I wanted a refund.
Sent my reply to Tiffany to say I don't want a refund and I would be happy to receive a new bracelet (I seriously LOVE my bracelet and would be heartbroken if I couldn't fix it).
Tiffany has been great in communicating with me regarding the matter and I look forward to receiving the new one.
