Ordered the baby bump head protection backpack on December 10 for a Christmas gift. Here it is January 3 and it still isn't here. Tracking says it has been out for delivery for two days. Definitely would not recommend ordering from them.
Big ups for Bautero! Truly a wonderful company. Some of the 1 star reviews I saw before writing this perplexes me because I cannot relate. Their customer support really drove me to write this review for them because of how professional and accommodating they are. They truly deserve more credit and recognition!!
DO NOT BUY! I purchased on the 5th Dec and haven't heard anything about my order since and when I have tried contacting them on Instagram and via email I have not had any response! Then to top it off I have had a random item delivered (it had the supplied tracking number) to me today! TOTAL SCAM AVOID!!
Be very careful when ordering from this site via Social Media. I literally bought 2 brushes for $24.95 back in June. Since then they’ve charged my checking account saying that when I ordered, I ordered on their membership site. How? I wasn’t a member so how did I end up on your membership site. So now I’m out $175.00 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I think that was scamming and the brushes are just ok. I have other brushes that work waaaY better!
I've decided to write this review because their customer support is not only outstanding and super accommodating but they seriously have best brush on the market. I can attest that the bristles are ACTUALLY strong and don't skip over the tangles!! I've tried so many brushes that claim to be "gentle yet the bristles are always too flimsy (not good for thick hair) Bautero is truly a game changer product.
Definitely does not do as people or videos show it does. Didnt detangle my 2 daughters hair at all, its the same as all the other brushes which pull their hair out. DONT BELIEVE as its fake advertisement, i put my two in the bin.
Delivery was fairly quick, but this brush is just a regular 3D printed brush that to does not work as shown in its commercial videos… the brand name on the handle disappears almost immediately. Two stars because it was cheap and still works as regular brush.
Do not buy from this company still waiting for my brush that i ordered 2.5 weeks ago. It had a tracking number at first and then nothing. No one responds. My fault i should have researched the company before buying. It must be a scam.
The name on the brittle handle rubs off after a few uses. Did I mention the brittle handle? I bought what I thought was a Bautero brush off Amazon and it broke twice. When I connected with Bautero, they said it was a knock-off so I paid the extra cash for the genuine product from the Bautero website and received THE SAME BRUSH!!! I LOVE how it detangles and hate how dollar-store-ish the handle feels. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Avoid, avoid. Another scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Shady company, shady information and shady practices when you don't get what you paid for.
