Baxter Clewis Training Academy  Avis

Wasted $11k on this program. I’m writing another review because my original one was removed. Trying to save some of you from making the mistake I and many others have made by investing in the BC program. You will save yourself a lot of money if you just download the PCI DSS manual and study it yourself. That’s all this program is really about. The teacher is very intelligent but not a very good teacher. He expects you to know things that he hasn’t taught you. Many people buy into the program dreaming of a six figure job in PCI sometime after they complete the “internship”. The reality is that it rarely happens. If you ask BC for numbers on the percentage of students that get jobs after the program they won’t be able to tell you, giving the excuse that some people get jobs and never tell them. That’s smoke and mirrors. They promote an internship but it’s poorly structured and doesn’t really teach you much. I’ve also found that their internship doesn’t have much credibility with recruiters either. They help you with your resume… grossly exaggerating your experience and it will look just like every other student’s resume which will raise flags with recruiters. Don’t be fooled by the few testimonials they have of students having a lot of success getting into PCI. Those students are outliers and are not representative of the large majority. I wish you the best and hope you find another path to get into PCI or Tech.

My time at the Baxter Clewis Training Academy was transformative. The highlight of my experience was the chance to put into practice the skills I learned in the Talent Development Program. If you dedicate yourself and approach the process with seriousness, you will definitely see the benefits of your efforts. A big thank you to Boyd for providing this incredible opportunity.

The support Of The Advisors Made The Experience Even More Great. The Way The Meetings Are Set Up, Q&As, Separation Of What Class You Are In, And The Work You Do Makes Very Easy Going. Would Recommend To Anybody Interested In This Field.

The PCI DSS training is more than a training course, it is an experience. They train you in developing the proper mindset to not only learn the basics but how to become the new person who understands and exhibits the characteristics of a professional

My experience was awesome. I had all the resources at my disposal when needed. Also my success coach Janelle G was a big part of my success. The program was a great fit for me.

My experience was phenomenal, from the very diverse & helpful group chats. Along with the success advisor whom answered questions or guided me to the correct pathways to get the comprehension i needed. The mindset i once had is no more & its grown into something I never knew was inside of me. Highly recommend this academy !

I think the company did a really good job of explaining the process of the program you will know exactly what you have to do to be successful as well!

This program came at the perfect time for me as I was seeking a new challenge and potential career change. While the program allows for some pacing flexibility, my advisor and fellow students consistently encouraged me to push myself. The more I learned, the more I looked forward to quizzes, tests, and the deeper parts of the course.

My success advisor, Danielle Clewis, took over my team unexpectedly early in the program. Despite not starting with us, she didn't hesitate to engage fully. She revamped our meeting format to highlight positive progress, address general questions about the program or career, and provide one-on-one support for any additional concerns.

Danielle's advice always felt genuine, and she responded promptly to questions. Her willingness to schedule individual sessions at the end of group sessions was instrumental in my success in completing the program's courses. I hope to have her guidance if I am accepted into the internship.

I love, love, love this program. Boyd Clewis, has made the program easy to navigate through and even easier to understand the requirements. My advisor Cori Chaney is amazing. Cori is energetic, supercharged, and always responds whenever I reach out. Will Clewis is a powerhouse when it comes to motivating you and keeping you on track. The other clients in the program are helpful and engaging because the goal is for everyone to win. There were other schools that I looked at and was even enrolled in one for a little over a month. When I came across Baxter Clewis Training Academy I quickly withdrew and enrolled into the academy which was a LOT less expensive than my former school. I’m glad I made the switch. Blessings !

NOT ONLY! Has the academy offered a life elevating opportunity- connecting me to Cori has been transformative. Her words of encouragement alone have progressed our mindset as a group. A great counsel! Glad to have her!🙌🏾

I love the holistic approach of the program. From teaching the theory, changing mindset, and practical skills, and teaching you to how to land the job.

This program opened my eyes to a world I thought Ide never know. It made it easy even through my busy schedule. They are prompt and very aware of the students. It taught me patience, time management and business educate. I had 2 advisors honestly, the first one was nice but never really gave any sound advise when I was struggling. But Danielle Clewis, we had a connection before she was my advisor offering knowledge where I struggled; I appreciated that and it pushed me just enough to finish the program. Boyd Clewis is exceptionally amazing and appreciated. I recommend this program to anyone who is willing to want and go after MORE.

They challenge us to be great! Mastery of the field.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! I wanted to find a place, Where I can grew and develop in to a honest professional . Baxter Clewis certainly sells you a dream . They give you a breakdown on how they “work”. They pretty much interview you even though you’re paying .

Long story short they’re really unprofessional . I was constantly messaged by what seems to be one of salesman of the course. After finally giving in and signing up( signing all the documents and letting them take the first payment of $468. I was told someone was going to reach out the following day to start the course and no one ever did . It was a waste of time and money

From the Beginning to End this program was worth it, it has a super solid team and a framework that is rewarding to understand as long as you put your time into it im super grateful to have found
this out and special thanks to Danielle specifically for helping me through and encouraging me to keep going when i needed it. Not to mention the community is awesome so many gems

Baxter Clewis Academy offers a comprehensive training program that significantly enhanced my understanding and application of the PCI DSS framework. Upon completing the course, I entered their Talent Development Program, which proved to be a pivotal step in my career development. The program adeptly combined theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world application, allowing me to master the intricacies of PCI DSS and become a Cyber Hero.!

The Talent Development Program also provided invaluable resources in revamping my resume, which helped me effectively showcase my newly acquired skills and experiences. This was crucial in repositioning myself in the job market on linkedIn as a professional PCI DSS consultant.

The hands-on experience gained through TD not only boosted my confidence but also enhanced my credibility with potential employers.

Overall, Baxter Clewis Academy's approach to integrating learning with practical experience has been instrumental in my development as a PCI DSS consultant, making it a worthwhile investment for professionals aiming to advance in this field.

Special shout outs to my success advisor Janelle. G and the entire Academy.! Lessggooo

I have nothing but great things to say about Baxter Clewis Training Academy. The entire program is amazing. My success advisor, Danielle Clewis, is knowledgeable and will help guide you along the way. It's truly a life-changing experience!

Baxter Clewis is not just a program it's a movement. My experience here has been very rewarding. Baxter Cewis has created a family environment in which everyone from Boyd to your fellow Cyber Hero teammates are invested in helping you become a better you. My success advisor Cori Chaney is a gem. She is so caring and challenges you to do the work, trust the process and have the faith that you can speak to the knowledge that you have earned. My world is changing and I can't wait to see what's next.

I was looking up cybersecurity via CU boulder boot camp and then I asked what do I get for $17,980? and that rep was reading off the pamphlet. so needless to say, I went to do my own research, so I was looking up on google, YouTube, and even some podcasts. This led me to a bunch of cyber security videos, but what's made me laugh was Boyds commercials would be interrupting through my research, until a video came up (podcast with Boyd interview). and I said Hey, I know that guy! so, I watch's his pitch and then I watched all his videos in Baxter Clewis site, and I was sold. I believed in his message and the Why. so I started On February 23rd, and I completed the course (In April) and awaiting my approval of the TDP. My success coach is Cori. she is amazing. I love my study group and I like how we are all if not most of us are getting high 80s to 90s in the finals and we are keeping InTouch with each other. BCTA is the best thing that ever happened to me, and I have to say that I wish I was younger and hear about this before, but everything happens for a reason.

I've been a part of the Baxter Clewis program for four months now, and I must say, it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. The material provided is comprehensive and well structured, making it easy to grasp the concepts of PCI-DSS. The live sessions are engaging, and the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. What sets Baxter-Clewis apart is their commitment to Talend Development. I'm thrilled to have recently been accepted into their Talent Development Program, which I see as a stepping stone towards achieving my career goals. With the skills and knowledge gained from this program, I'm confident that I will be well- prepared once I change careers. I highly recommend Baxter Clewis to anyone looking to gain expertise in the PCI DSS and kickstart their career in cybersecurity. Furthermore, I have to give a special shoutout to Janelle, my past advisor. She has been incredibly helpful throughout my journey in the program, offering guidance and support whenever needed. Her dedication have truly enhanced my learning experience and authoritative mindset.
