I bought this sofa because it's so…
I bought this sofa because it's so comfortable. I really like the softness of the fabric, my children fall asleep on it, I can adjust it to my liking and move it easily, it's very practical and it's precisely because of all the good things that I'm happy with my new couch.

I love it
I love it! It expanded so quickly then after a few days it even bigger!! It was easy and quick to assemble. I got it in grey and It's absolutely gorgeous i love my girl couch!!

I received my sofa on December 26
I received my sofa on December 26, 2025. I was very excited to receive it in attempted to set it up right away. First thing I noticed is the quality of the furniture was very poor. It was not as it was advertised on the webpage a big difference from what was shown and what I received. I attempted to get a hold of someone and I could get hold of no one so I had to reach out to PayPal and have them file the notification. I’m trying to return this. There’s no instructions on how to return the furniture. I have it sitting in my home in the way and I’ve been trying to return it since the day I received it very disappointed. I am very disappointed in the fact that I could not contact anyone to return the furniture. I need for someone to get a hold of me. Send me shipping label so I can ship the furniture back for a full refund.

Frustrating
For our couch, shipped as 3 boxes. Opened it, aired everything out so cushions would inflate. After assembly noticed these things:
1. The largest pillows are tough to form, they take on a weird shape.
2. The smaller pillows all have zippers and from just leaning on them, the zippers are busting open. Looks like they'll eventually fail and will have no way to repair them.
3. On this review page, I can't navigate from service to product to give a review on the actual couch, so had to do that here

This is a total scam dont buy!
This is the worst couch ive ever seen. The couch backs are thinner than my hand. And the material is crap and not what you are advertising. The structural of the couch is nothing to hold any adult. And trying to get a refund on this the day it was delivered December 7th 2025 after I opened it to find how bad this was. Im fighting with them with them for a refund. And waiting for them to to return a email for 7 days is ridiculous. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM

Be weary of this couch.
Wasn’t able to find any reviews on this product. If I did I would have known that it is low to the ground and does not support tall or people above a certain weight. There is not structure on the botto.
