Well I previously ordered 2 hair clips that I measured with one that I had purchased before and they were too small. I wish that it was more accurate so I'm stuck with 2 small clips I can't use.

I only speak of praise for the Bayside Brush Company. For over some twenty years, Bayside Brush has not only faithfully delivered accessories that are of the highest quality, but have given me sound advice in the items use and given me options if it would not suit my needs. Furthermore, customer service at Bayside Brush over the years has proven to be superior to other accessory companies I have bought from. I must say that Diana Tovar with her professionalism, congeniality, and knowledge of the product line had made me a firm believer that I was truly working with the best. She has that ability to bound with a customer and answers questions honestly regardless of how trivial they may be. I only have praises for what she does. I am sure those responsibilities she has are far from being easy. I will always respect her for who she is. If the truth be known, I would work for this company because I would belong to the best there is. I say that with conviction.

Their return policy is quick and easy as well,I had no trouble getting a replacement. I find the product and service exellent!
