Uitstekende kwaliteit & customer service
Nadat ik vorig jaar een bikini had besteld waar ik onwijs blij mee was besloot ik wederom een bikini te bestellen bij Bayu. Helaas gaf postnl aan dat het pakketje geleverd was, maar geen Postnl gezien. Bayu pakte dit heel snel op door een claim in te dienen. Gelukkig kwam Postnl 5 dagen later alsnog het pakketje brengen (belachelijk) en heeft ZsaZsa het onderzoek geannuleerd. Blij met zowel de kwaliteit van de bikini en customer service van Bayu!

Super service
Er was wat onduidelijkheid over de levering omdat het om een pre order item ging. Ik heb contact opgenomen en kreeg super snel reactie. Ook hebben ze me op de hoogte gehouden tijdens het proces. De items zijn sneller binnen gekomen dan ik had verwacht en kwalitatief super goed. Zeker aan te raden!

Na het bestellen van een badpak had ik…
Na het bestellen van een badpak had ik fijn e-mail contact met de klantenservice. Wat ik had besteld was een pre-order en er werd fijn gecommuniceerd dat dit dus even langer ging duren. Onwijs fijn contact en ook erg snel, wat fijn is als je snel een reactie nodig hebt!

Mooie bikini’s en super klantenservice
Ik had een bikini in verschillende maten besteld. Ten eerste al super goede service want het pakket werd al gelijk de volgende dag bezorgd. In het broekje zat een kleine naaifout wat kan gebeuren, maar na snel en makkelijk contact met de klantenservice kostenloos een nieuw broekje gekregen. Mooie kwaliteit bikini’s en super goede klantenservice!

Fijne klantenservice
Super goed geholpen bij de klantenservice!
Ik had een bikini gekocht die niet mooi paste bij mijn lichaam. Door omstandigheden later de items pas terug kunnen sturen. Ze reageerde super snel en hebben fijn mee gedacht.
Zelfs hebben ze de tip gegeven om contact op te nemen met hun Instagram stylingsteam voor advies voor een volgende bestelling.

I’m really thankful for the great customer service
I’m really thankful for the great costumer service. The answers were fast and reliable, where the team went over the top to help me. It’s not just a snub where they are too lazy to really help, but they take their time and focus on intense hing, even when you as a customer made a mistake. The shipping was fast and easy, as well as the returning. Overall this was a great shopping experience!

Beautiful pieces and great service!
I recently experienced a small issue where my tracking showed that my package was delivered, but I hadn’t received it yet. I contacted Bayu The Label and their team responded quickly and kindly, helping me check all the details and advising me on what to do.
Thankfully, the package arrived shortly after, and everything was perfect. I really appreciated how patient, professional, and supportive their customer service was throughout the process.

Mijn pakket was kwijt geraakt bij de koeriersdienst, dit is heel netjes opgelost met bayu the label. Ik heb de bestelling opnieuw ontvangen. De bikini’s zijn prachtig en goede kwaliteit.
