All over it was good.

Ordered online on 15th September and delivery was for the 28th between 2-5pm, I stayed home and the delivery never arrived. I left it until a 6 days and nothing so I contacted the store and was told no one knew what had happened and it would be delivered the next day... Delivery never arrived after me staying home again.
Yesterday out of the blue the order was delivered.
I will add that I have had two previous orders and there had been no issues at all with those two orders.

Despite paying extra for frozen items and requests for dispatch as soon as possible, parcel was dispatched very late. Despite calling every other day, no response was provided about if and when the parcel will be dispatched and delivered. Still haven’t received the parcel.

I placed an order along with registering my account. No email received for Password. when I tried to register again it says account already exists. When I try to reset the password, it keeps saying verify recaptcha even after selecting the check box. When I call it only says extension is not available. No email or any message from the store on order placed or order received or when they will delivery. Pathetic experience. Really frustrated

Order online with quick delivery and fresh products

Great choice of groceries and veggies, all in one place. Placed order for delivery outside local area and the staff were patient with my queries. There was slight confusion on couple of items though that I understood as included in the order when I enquired but haven't received them. Also would prefer email confirmation of the order placed but haven't received any. Overall, I would continue shopping with Bazaar Foods and hope some points mentioned here improves in future.

Ordered some frozen items to be delivered, only to be emailed about an additional charge for delivery because they were frozen and required extra packaging. Website needs serious attention if they can’t sort out the true cost of delivery on order payment. Hopefully they will refund me for this order

The products were great! However, they are poor communicators. The delivery was delayed by 3-4days, they did not keep me informed at all. However, answered promptly on chatbot.

I placed an order on 22/5/26, I’ve had no response to my follow up email. They don’t answer their phone or email. Their website says they deliver between 1-5 working days. They’ve not met that. I don’t believe this is an authentic company. Please avoid!

User friendly

I bought 2 boxes of alphanso mangoes online in the morning before shop was open. I rang later to check if my order was ready for collection. I was told it was. When I went to collect my order was missing. I had to pick two boxes of mangoes from what was left and that was not the best. Some of the mangoes were rotten from the inside.

Do not shop with them online…unfortunately they do not ship the order or respond to any messages …order was placed on 9th April…still waiting for confirmation…ample times and ways been contacted, WhatsApp. Email, Facebook, phone calls no luck to get through.

I am embarrassed to say this, but should have done my due diligence in making sure that the store had capability of customer service…lost my money,

Due to the competitive pricing I ordered 20Kg of rice from Bazaar-foods on 7th April, it was meant to be delivered within a few days. On the 13th April I'd still not received the order so I wrote an email to chase up the order. I didn't hear back for a couple of days, so on the 15th of April I wrote to ask to cancel the order. They replied the next day to apologise for the delay, explaining that they were waiting for stock of the 20kg bags of rice - but they were expecting to receive them that day. I decided it was probably worth continuing the order at this point. However, by the 20th April I'd still not received anything and again chased up the status of the order. On the 22nd of April I still hadn't received anything so I asked for a full refund.

I then purchased the rice from another supplier (delivered then next day...). On the 25th April I received an email saying my bazaar-foods order was on the way (I'd still received no communication via their email address). I asked again for them to cancel the order (pointing out that I'd purchased rice from elsewhere at this point... but to no avail.

So the rice, that I no longer need has now finally arrived. From order to delivery it took 3 weeks.

However, it is the woeful communication that is my major issue. I asked via 3 separate emails to cancel the order and was ignored in all cases. I now intend to pursue a refund via my credit card.

Absolutely appalling that I ordered food on the 12th April and nothing has been delivered. No updates whatsoever! I have called many times no response and also emailed but no response. I would not use this shop to order anything in the future and I highly recommend no-one does. I can’t even get a refund as no-one responds to calls or emails. I will be logging in an official complaint against this company and now resort to calling up visa to get my money back!

Good service , but there's room for improvement as I didn't receive any email of order confirmation and since my order got delayed, I did not receive an email until I called them next day.
