I was not a believer in vitamins...now I am. Here's my story: I have a young child, and getting sick every so often felt pretty normal...until it didn't. After a while I was getting sick so often that I felt like something must be seriously wrong, and so I went to see a doctor. It turned out that I had a few serious vitamin deficiencies (D and B) that were undermining my immune system and leaving me even more exhausted than usual. After not really believing in the value of taking vitamins for years, I discovered that the only way for me to stay healthy is to monitor my vitamin levels and take the right supplements, but getting to a doctor and paying for blood tests every month is just not feasible for me, and that's where Baze comes in. Now I can take a blood test while I carry my toddler around the kitchen, and the vitamins I need get shipped right to me. I honestly didn't believe that these kinds of supplements could make a difference in my life, until they totally changed my life and now I will never go back.

The testing it limited to around 8 vitamins. I would give it a higher rating once the testing is expanded.

Love the service and customer service. Just wish I could manage my payment changes via the portal. It was kind of a pain to call a person and wait to get a call back to do it over the phone. Everything else is so streamlined.

I’d have zero hesitations in recommending Baze Vitamins to anyone. I’ve got an extremely busy schedule and had no time to keep track of my nutrient levels or buy the right vitamins, so I really just wasn’t paying attention to it before Baze. Baze is so easy to use. The app and vitamin packs are simple and inviting, and, probably most impressive to me, the cool technology for sampling blood is totally painless and quick. It feels personalized and transparent, so I can see exactly what I need and am getting, but without having to spend time and energy managing anything myself. Perfect for a busy person who wants to feel healthier!

Very easy plan to understand/sign up for. Customer support is very responsive and friendly. The website is easy to use an intuitive.

The entire concept is wonderful! I am not a current customer because I, personally, do not have the habit focus to take daily vitamins; however, that does not take away from the fact that Baze Vitamins is incredible. If daily vitamins is not an issue, Baze Vitamins is perfection! Plus, their customer service is phenomenal!

I sleep a lot better

So far I am extremely pleased with Baze Vitamins and the no hassle experience of the testing process. Baze has a great customer service that will answer any questions and concerns you have and they are very passionate about helping you reach your optimal health level. I had no idea my vitamin deficiencies and now that I know, it gives me peace of mind taking what my body needs instead of taking vitamins that I am already at optimal levels.
