I found it difficult doing it online and requested to have all paperwork sent by post to read and sign , this was agreed to do this but never happened , so had to go to my trinity finance to get them to print off all the paperwork and explain what I needed to do ,

However, later during the process it was a bit challenging to get our representative when we are trying to get contact.
