Hi Melissa,
As discussed over email for the past couple of days. The courier shows tracking the parcel was delivered. I have opened a case with them but for obviously reasons we can’t process a refund until I have confirmation their tracking is incorrect and you haven’t received the product. As far as our records show, the item has been delivered.
We do not manage the courier and these reviews go along way to help promote our business. I am doing everything I can to resolve this issue so the 1 star rating is a little frustrating.

I'd never heard about the company before..I saw an ad on fb so was skeptical..I saw they accepted PayPal so thought I'd try order and pay that way so I would be covered if it wasnt a lagitimate site..how wrong was I..I placed my order for a small dog collar..I received a confirmation email straight away..I was kept upto date with the delivery company and the collar arrived within 3 days..fantastic quality collar..I'm now just about to order the matching lead..fantastic company deffo recommend

Great collars
I have xl american bully shes only 4 month old, but easily destroyed any regular harness or collars from petshop. If you own any strong breed highly recommended. Great product inside soft padding, outside strong extra handell.

Strong ,and comfortable to hold.
Delivery time longer than stated but when finally arrived the leads seem OK truthly I have only used them once but I love them ,I am going to order a collar at some point and do recommend.

The product is really good
The product is really good. Unfortunately I only received half of my order. Although I was told the rest would be sent out next day delivery, the delivery company they’re using is rubbish. They sent it to me on Monday today is Thursday and the delivery company still hasn’t got my parcel out for delivery. I am still following the tracking with amazement. Evri is not a company that you can rely on for next day delivery

Bought a collar at an amazing knocked down price of £9.99 but even at £19.99 it's a great price to pay for a really fantastic quality collar especially when I've been paying almost £40 with another company for one.
