My account has been restricted with a "Prohibited gambling period" message, stating I can only play after 30/12/2099. This is a permanent ban and I haven't opted for any self-exclusion.

KYC Failed & Account Locked – Funds Stuck – Requesting Manual KYC Reset (UID: 41954289)

I am writing this review as a last resort after exhausting all private support channels.

My account (UID: 41954289) has been restricted from betting and withdrawing following a failed KYC verification attempt. The system states "No more verification attempts available" and Live Support has informed me they cannot offer a reset. I have a balance in my wallet that I am unable to access.

I am fully willing to complete verification with any document required. I am simply requesting a one-time manual reset of the KYC portal so I can submit the correct documents and withdraw my funds.

I have already emailed Recovery and spoken to Live Chat multiple times with no resolution. I hope the BC.Game Trustpilot team can escalate this internally.

Note to BC.Game Support: Please reach out to me via Trustpilot private message if you need the registered email address. I will not post it publicly for security reasons.

I will happily update this review to reflect a positive outcome once the funds are released.

I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with BC.GAME. I am a Gold II player with a verified total wagered volume of $1,059,882.93 (One Million, Fifty- Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred and Eighty-Two Dollars).

Despite being a high-roller and showing consistent loyalty, the platform offers zero VIP recognition or manual rewards. Their support team provides nothing but repetitive, automated scripts, refusing to escalate my case to a manager. They claim the VIP system is "invite- only," yet they ignore a player who has wagered over a million dollars.

I have saved all screenshots of my interactions with your support team and my profile statistics as concrete evidence of this neglect. I am ready to share them with the public if this is not resolved immediately

I demand a manual review of my account and the loyalty bonus I deserve based on my turnover. I expect action, not more scripted apologies

I recently faced an issue with my deposit on BC.Game.

I deposited ₹10,000 on 3rd April via Paytm (UPI), but the amount was not credited immediately, which was quite stressful and concerning.

However, after contacting support, the team stayed in touch with me and eventually resolved the issue. The amount has now been successfully credited to my account.

I appreciate the support provided, but I hope the platform improves its deposit processing time to avoid such delays in the future.

Overall, a good experience after resolution.

What an incredible support on X martin... 90 percent of my older orders resolved by him... Thanks bc game..You people are really customer centric.. The only support i wish if u could give will be a bit of compensation for my 2 bank accounts frozen followed by your merchant claim... i know u have not done anything wrong. Just want to tell you we trust you not merchants... So i would really apprecaite if any compensation for my loss because of your merchants claim... Regarding my deposits and withdrawls 90 percent of issues solved.. 2 orders pending still i kmow i was not able to provide documents as i did it from shopkeeper he told me he wont allow me vedio recording and statement .. ss i have any help will be incredible

Beware gambling friends. If you deposit to BC.Game. Your credit will not arrive on your account. I deposited 10,000 and 36 hours later Nothing. They take your money and disappear with no assistance from Online Support. They scammed me 10,000

I was asked to recharge $35 to verify before I could withdraw. After recharge, the score is also added to the game account and it is said that the unreceived payment cannot be certified. Each inquiry shows an account error and requires payment of 35 to be released. I asked again if the repayment guarantees that it will be certified successful and they said it also cannot. But now the system is displaying the account and needs to pay 35 to get rid of the problem. It is also said that the problem has been submitted to the technical support processing, which will be given to me to eliminate the problem within 24 to 48 hours. They said the time limit has exceeded my payment of $35. I didn't give my account to verify the payment restrictions. All my withdrawal applications are due to theirs.

Not legit .

Not legit .. for verification need to deposit $35 after you deposit them asking you more to deposit,after that your kyc verification still not active … then the bot send the same direct link that you cannot open ..for kyc verification and withdraw ..
