Coloration of my new scarf is beautiful. It’s extremely lightweight which may be good since neck-tied scarves tend to get hot.
I have not had the opportunity to wear it, yet. My granddaughter’s wedding is coming up. The shawl is simply beautiful. It is elegant and so tasteful, I’m looking forward to the day I get to wear it.... Voir plus

Poor Quality and Customer Service
I wasn’t happy with the print on the two scarves I ordered (bad representation on the website). When I reached out twice to customer service for a return label and refund, I never received a response back. It’s disappointing to know their quality and customer service are extremely poor.

Regarding your refund, we did reply to your emails with a partial refund offer to keep the items, but we haven't received a response. If you would still prefer a full return, please reply to our last email and we will arrange it immediately.

Still have not received my package as…
Still have not received my package as of 6/25
I keep getting messages from Delivery Service that they don’t have the correct address. My correct address is on my order. I have emailed them to reinforce this. Supposedly will be delivered today. If not I want to be refunded. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

I ordered a scarf on 5/10
I ordered a scarf on 5/10. It still has not arrived and the order status does not tell me when it will arrive. It showed it was in Syracuse 2 days ago (I live near Syracuse). It now shows it is in Florida. I can find no phone number to call you andI started a chat but no one responded.

I received the scarf and it was cheap…
I received the scarf and it was cheap fabric, very thin and “printed” on one side . I immediately asked to return it. They refuse to take it back for any reason . It is way over priced for what I received. The company does not respond for return requests
