BDS Drainage Avis 

They did a terrible job and did not solve our problem. They have been consistently rude - we have been shouted at down the phone. They have refused to come out and look at our problem again despite originally offering to, and the '100 day guarentee' they offer on their website. Awful, unpleasant experience. We are seeking further advice.

I had sewage pouring into my house at 2:00am and they quoted 90minutes and turned up within the hour!

It's been 1 month since they came out and my drains haven't been blocked since, compared to previous companies I have used where the drain would re-block 2 weeks after, it was the best drainage service I have ever received.

I have used them on 2 of my other properties for a blocked sink and a broken pipe that our tenant managed to put a nail though.

I would highly recommend their company, all the staff were lovely, helpful and professional ( they left the place clean and tidy every time)

Do not use this company. They charged us heavily for a drain re-lining and handwrote a "ten year guarantee". We still have the same problem. The fix doesn't seem to have worked. We have requested them over the last four weeks to come and review their work and they have given us three appointments and not turned up. They never come (except the first time) and they don't call to let you know they won't be coming. I have missed three days of work, waiting for them, because the issue we have is a health and safety hazard for me. I am pregnant and I have a toddler and our basement has an overflow of rain and sewage water. The people on the phone basically tell you that they are too busy and cannot physically cut themselves into five pieces (quoting David here). I would strongly advise against using this company. Spend your money on someone more professional please.

I had sewage overflowing in my basement, it was in such a state, I was looking on the internet for an emergency plumber and came across BDS and see they had a 90 minuet response. I called BDS up and spoke to a lady called Louise, who was very polite and reassuring and very good at keeping my mind at ease. the guys were out to me within 45 minuets they explained from the start what procedures they had to do to unblocked the drain. I am over the moon that it was unblocked with in hour and 10 minuets. I am very satisfied with the quick repose ands professional manner they dealt with the issue. I have since been recommending BDS to all my friends and family, BDS is now happily stored in my phone book. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Called me 20 mins before arrival to confirm they would be here. Arrived and we're clearly visible and identified as bds. Able to look at the problem and check all aspects before running a drain rod down, cleared blockage using pump and we're done within the hour.

Friendly and polite, courteous and careful around my home, offered a 100 day gaurentee for work carried out on unblocking and not seen this from any other company.

I would just like to say thanks to the two guys that came out to me on sunday to a very bad and very unpleasant blocked drain I had . It was over flowing on the front of my drive way the two guys got stuck in and got the drain unblocked very quickly I was also happy with the way they tired all the mess up and jet washed drive way down .would recommend b.d.s time and time again

We had been told by one company that we would need to erect scaffolding to sort out a problem with a leak which had been causing a lot of damage. I called BDS to get a second opinion. First of all, they were willing to come without a callout charge and then, when David and John arrived, they discovered that the reason for the leak was something very simple and which they were able to adjust there and then. I thought it was too good to be true but we haven't had any more leaking since they were here despite lots more heavy rain. Consequently, I would highly recommend them.
