Beachside Rehab Avis 

Not upfront, more worried about money. Told my husband he needed to divorce me and start over although I'm the one that convinced him to go. Told us 30 days then had him sign for 45 when he first got there and had no clue what he was signing. Then told him if he left at 30 days they would not cover the plane ticket home. My husband is clean and sober but the horror stories he tells from being there are awful. Unsearched bags with loaded rigs, outsourced drug tests that we get harassed to pay, unreturned phone calls from Bri because we need medical records for ADD medication. The list goes on and on. This place just has barely enough professionalism to operate legally. Choose another place, don't subject your loved ones going through a rough time in their lives to the bs.

This place is amazing. If you are ready to change then I would recommend. Incredible facility and staff.

Beachside was great! I truly believe that I may have saved my life by going here. I was on a collision course with my demons and I got the help I needed. If you are struggling with drugs and alcohol this is the place to go. Staff are all amazing and the houses are awesome. More vegetarian options though!

Beachside Rehab was a very good experience for me. Great therapists, positive recovery environment. I truly felt the staff really cared about the
In-Patients, and wanted us all to be successful in our recovery program. I would highly recommend Beachside Rehab.

I only give this organization two starts instead of one because the therapy is actually very good, and the people involved with actually seeing you do well and get better are stellar. With that being said, the administration is the absolute worst, all of them including up to and especially the owner. She not only needs a swift lesson in how to run a business, but more so in how to address and treat clients seeking assistance to regain a semblance of normalcy in their lives. She should retain and administrative (if that) role and remain behind the scenes where someone of her caliber and nature belong. Finally, the company ended up being all about the money coming in, and seem to lose focus on their "mission" when one's insurance is no longer a viable method of payment. Absolutely abhorrent. I would recommend going ANYWHERE but Beachside Rehab, located in Ft. Pierce, FL.

The counselor Stacey was fantastic and the living conditions were really good. The food was ok and the facility's where they conduct the rehabilitation process were not very good. I did enjoy the offsite activities that they planned for us.
The adminissions officer told me what I wanted to hear to get me to commit to attending beachside. Which I still can't tell were for my benefit or just a selling ploy. There is only one doctor on site, whom I saw only twice. Kind of annoying. Overall I'd recommend Beachside but there is definitely room for improvement.
