Ordered headphones unfortunately they didt turn up. However when I reached out to company they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Was sorted in a matter of days. Would Most likely order from here again simply because i wasn't just ignored or sent to different people and was dealt with fast.
The products were exactly as described. The returnable packaging that actually costs a small growing business to provide for their customers is genius. To be able to post the packaging free of charge back to Beachsupplies.co.uk to use again and again.
Got some headphones on a great deal that were too good to refuse. They arrived quickly and looked great. My daughter loves them and has had no issues whatsoever with them. Thankyou!
The headphones were delivered exactly within the time frame given and of really good quality at a very reasonable price. I bought these as a gift for my daughter and she is extremely happy with them, they look great and comfortable to wear. Would absolutley recommend.
Good value wireless headphones and nice bonus to receive a mini first aid kit
Purchased some noise cancelling headphones for my stepson. They are absolutely fantastic, particularly for the price. And they also sent a free mini first aid kit which always comes in handy with children about! Really hope this small family business succeeds. Such wonderful customer service and so friendly and humble.
Was sent a set oh headphones as a free offer, just paid postage. They fell apart within the first 5 min, really cheap plastic which split when you extended them and the wire fell out. They offered to replace it if I paid to return them. Figured if the quality was that bad there was no point paying to post them back. I could have bought a pair of Amazon for not much more with free postage.

Sorry the headphones let you down — that's not the standard we expect from any product we send out, free offer or not.
Just to give the full picture: when you emailed us on 30 May we replied the same evening offering a replacement, and asked you to send the faulty pair back with the returns form so we could pass them to the manufacturer for inspection — that's how we hold our suppliers to account when something fails like this. We haven't received them, so we've not been able to send your replacement or raise it with the manufacturer.

You can't beat the price for a non-aerosol continuous spray mineral sunscreen in the UK at the moment.
Non-nano zinc oxide and benzene free. They even threw in some extra goodies to. And to top it all the packaging is returnable for free by post. Spot on.
I loved the sustainable packaging, the items were all great quality and my daughter loves her new swim shoes!
Everything got delivered quickly and the holiday planner is a genius idea.
