I never received my package was very upset

Color was wonderful. The prescription was exact what I ordered perfect.

Do not order from this company. They delivered the incorrect merchandise. Now I can't reach them because the number listed doesn't work. This is a scam & I'm reporting them today.

I tried to order, entered all my info, then it said in red "Address invalid" after looking a few times I know I put my address in correctly. There's no other address to write, but it wouldn't accept. So i went to customer service and to 'contact us' and it switched me back repeatedly to the last page. So much for my 1st round of contacts. I was really looking forward to those too. So was my date. Guess I'm Sol

My only complaint is that they are so big. I have small eyes and they cover so much more than my iris. Make another size slightly smaller!

It was great my order came in early and I love the colors they are beautiful easy to put in very comfortable didn't irritate my eyes they are just what I was looking for and I will be ordering more I would recommend them to everyone I am very satisfied

So easy to use. I love how they’re vivid color changed my natural color to where you can not tell I was wearing colored contacts.

As of now, I have only received 2 of the 7 pairs of contacts that were ordered. Still waiting on updated tracking and remainder items.
I replied to website given and it told me email recipient not found. And it won’t let me chat on your website

These have got to be the best contacts I have ever purchased! I love the color PINK! And I will be purchasing them again! I have got the most compliments on these contacts. Please do not hesitate in buying them.

Never received my contacts was charged can’t get refund and nobody responded to email concerning my order just says my order was sent back to warehouse b cuz my address was wrong but it wasnt

I received the colours I ordered however there was a rip on one of the lens. Now I can’t wear them. What a waste of money ☹️ I was so happy when I received them a few weeks back. I should have tried them out then instead of waiting until now

The color is great. Same quality as any other place I've ordered from and were actually a little quicker. I've ordered twice so far, one order even being two weeks before Christmas and received both right around 3 weeks and that's coming from China to U.S., going through customs and everything else. Came with case and kit to put in n take out even though I use my fingers it's nice to have.

Horrible customer service. I order contacts every month from different companies and receive product within 3 weeks! I ordered with Beacolors on Dec 4th 2024, it has Been 6 weeks and they state it is normal! I have been requesting to cancel order and refund and they come back stating it is in transit! Customer service is terrible!

It says that it was delivered but to where I never received it…I have been patiently waiting before I ask for my money back!!

I give it a 0 stars. I ordered a pair for $25 I didn't get them. They was sent back I contacted the only answer I got was no refund and they didn't send another pair so they just took my money for nothing. Never again will I trust this site. Purchase at your own risk
