I ordered a miniature doll house and a substitute item was sent. I do not want the substitute but in order to get a refund they require me to pay return postage to China. They will not replace with the correct item nor will they pay for the return shipping of the wrong item. This is a bait and switch company that does not honor the business policies stated on the site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Can I give them zero stars? Order never arrived. Customer service is useless. They keep saying it was delivered and that I should go to my local post office. I've been asking for a refund for over a month. Useless. This is a fraudulent company and everyone associated with it should be in jail!

On 12/16/2025, I ordered 2 Labubu dolls for my grandchild for Christmas. Since, these dolls did not arrive for Christmas, on 12/26/2025, I sent an email inquiry about my order to bearrus.com. and received reply on 12/29/2025 that my order would be packed soon and then, another reply on 12/30/2025 with same message. My bank will be initiating a dispute and investigation tomorrow, January 6, 2026. It is obvious this vendor is a SCAM!!

They took my money and never delivered the product. Their customer service department is an automated joke. Refer them to the FBI like I did to get their site shut down and charges pressed, as they can track the origin.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Never received item. Cost $60.00

This business is the one advertising stuffed animals for sale.
This is a scam. My experience was similar as reported by others but I need to add that though I was "offered" the chance to return the product I was told they "recently moved their refunding operation to China". All costs of returning products to be paid by customer.
How convenient that they "recently moved to China"!!!
I also reported this to BBB. I suggest you contact BBB to see what they have to say.
BTW, what I ordered was a tabby cat gray white stuffed animal. What I got was a stuffed bag with a silkscreen print on Front And Back of the front of a cat
which looks Nothing like the ad.

Enough is Enough! I am referring a criminal complaint against this company. They are boldly taking people’s money while not delivering or delivering fakes. They are selling numerous counterfeit toys as evidenced by numerous complaints throughout the country and the product itself. They prey on consumers who want a hot collectible or have a kid with a birthday wish like mine. Here is my story. When I ordered this item on June 24, 2025 it was because my granddaughter asked for one for her birthday. I had no idea that they were impossible to obtain. Anyway, I ordered two six packs of these things for nearly $250.00. I received a contract email stating that it would ship in 7-10 days. After 32 days I wrote to cancel and they refused (a violation of the Uniform Commercial Code). Suddenly the items were shipping—only from China, not Buffalo, NY as their website states. It took 73 days for it to get here. I noticed it was a fake immediately because I had a real box and doll to compare them to. The printing was a faded very poor quality. There was no QR code on any box. The outside box for the set didn’t have cellophane wrap as others do. The doll itself has no QR code on its tush tag. The feet are spinning around and almost falling off. There are errors in the painting of teeth and nails. In short, even my young granddaughter knew it was fake. So, I disputed with my credit card company. Bearrus contested it. I then sought to return the item. I was told, after several emails, to return it to China. The cost is over $200! Their website says that they will provide a return label. They then told me that they have no relationship with PopMart, the makers of Labubu. In other words, I feel they were admitting that they didn’t have an account with them. Apparently this company (who now claims they are in Canada), feels that they can violate civil and criminal law and then refuse to refund the money. This is, in my expert opinion as an attorney of 35+ years, a violation of 17 USC 501 (trademark/copyright infringement), 18 USC 2320 trafficking in counterfeit goods), Unfair Trade Practices Act, 15 USC 1125 (a) false advertising under the Latham Act and a host of common law breach of contract and warranty. I am out a significant sum and I won’t stop until justice is served. I believe anyone so defrauded has a strong case for even small claims court under the above statutes as well as state and common law.

I'm gonna go three stars on this one, my fiance order a labubu for my birthday from this site, it arrived a month later which is fine, after reading some of the reviews I'm just glad something came. Looking at the box I knew immediately it was going to be a fake but I was still pleasently surprised by the quality of the lafufu. It's feet are a hard plastic that spin freely and there is no QR code to scan on its tag which proves it's a fake though. And the coloring of the fur is too bright to pass as the real deal, labubu's have muted tones but it's not ripped, his feet are a lil crooked and his eye balls a little scratched but when I say this is the cutest fake I've ever seen. I wouldn't order again, but I'm not upset with the quality

I wouldn't give them any stars but that is not an option. They sell counterfeit items at real prices. When called out on this they refuse to issue a refund. STAY AWAY!!

I ordered two Labubu items. I received them in about 2 weeks. When I opened them you can def tell they are fake. One wasn’t too bad but the other had ears off center from the head! I sent them a message that I was unhappy with the order and wanted a refund or I would file a dispute with PayPal. They refunded my money less shipping cost.

I ordered a labubu that my daughter was begging me for. I forgot about it at first, and then I was rushing when I bought it from bearsrus, all I saw was the cheap price. After I ordered it, I began to investigate and saw the horrible reviews. I immediately went to cancel the order, but they told me I couldn’t because it already had shipped. I talked to a customer service rep, who got back to me immediately several times, which impressed me. Everyday I checked the tracking number to make sure it keeps moving. The company does state that it takes 10-15 “BUSINESS DAYS”, which is why I think some people get confused and disappointed on time of arrival. At some point the tracking number would disappear or say not found but once I refreshed it, it came right back up. All of a sudden, I went to the website and I couldn’t find anything, my order or tracking number and it said they have a new website coming soon. Huh? Finally I some how, I came upon the tracking number and found it was in the U.S. Now during my research for the company, I found that they would be fake because of the price. I didn’t really care about that, as long as it wasn’t super crazy looking, like some of the horror pictures I saw. It actually came two days earlier than it said, and it was decent looking. I was fine with the outcome. But I will say the head, hands, and feet are very loose as they can turn around. I’ve never seen a real labubu so I’m not familiar with the quality, but u can tell it’s a fake. But honestly for a fake it’s not bad. Overall I was happy with the customer service, and the Lafufu. Lol…my daughter proudly wears her Lafufu on her backpack everyday.

I ordered Labubu Big Into Energy Exciting Macaron on June 11th 2025 and as of today I still haven't seen my order. I went to track my order and the order and tracking are gone. I would NOT buy from this sorry ass place. RIP OFFs!!!!!!

FAKE! ALL FAKE! WAITED A MONTH FOR THE ORDER AND IT'S A FAKE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I purchased Labubus products from Bear R Us expecting genuine items, but what I received were low-quality imitation products not disclosed on their website. When I requested a refund, they told me that returning the products to China would be very expensive and that I would have to cover the cost, and they also mentioned that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. They offered that I keep the products and receive a discount instead of a full refund. Customer service was unhelpful. I strongly caution other consumers to be careful when considering purchases from this company.

I ordered an item and a few days later received a tracking number and told it would take 10-15 days for my product to arrive. I tried to check the tracking number multiple times and it leads to nothing. Now it has been 3 weeks and I have no product.

I ordered 3 Boxes of Labubu back in June but didn't get it until August, i contacted them and of course with normal excuses " too many orders, they behinds. " Finally! I got the ordered 08/05/25 turned out all 3 boxes were " Fake " Labubu. I'm so disappointed &
