The dress I ordered was dreadful. It arrived crumpled up in a tiny bag.
It looked nothing like the photo. Now I find to return it I have to pay to return it to CHINA. Not happy .

Scam , avoid like the plague. Cheap tacky clothing, nothing like advertised.

The dresses arrived did not fit very poor quality and when tried to return was offered 10% of the cost or to pay to return aboard it is all a con will never use them again

Complete scam, do not order from this company.

The dress I received was nothing like the one advertised. It is appalling quality, shaped like a sack and made of terrible quality fabric. When I asked for a refund I was told I'd have to pay to the return the item to China!
I would strongly suggest that you do not order from this company, it is clearly not a British mother and daughter company as the website suggests, but a front for a Chinese rip off company.

Complete scam, tried to cancel order minutes after the fact, never received parcel, complete scam!!

THE ORDER TOOK AGES TO ARRIVE AND WHEN IT DID THE PRODUCE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND NOT AS DESCRIBED. iT IS VERY POOR QUALITY. I SUSPECT DESPITE WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS THIS PRODUCE COMES STRAIGHT FROM CHINA. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS COMPANY.

They shouldn't even have 1 star. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. I purchased 2 dresses which they took my money 1 dress they didn't even have in stock. They didn't tell me for several weeks. Finally they refunded me for this dress. 2nd dress took over 6 weeks to arrive, awful quality but no full refund they just keep offering discount refunds and not full refunds. Also you cant send back to London only china!

Total scam, clothes took 2 weeks to arrive and not from London as was advertised. Clothes in poor condition, wrong size and no labels. They offer a full refund policy but it’s a nightmare getting one. I’m taking my grievance to PayPal. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely terrible company!
They are not from London as they advertise, they are drop shipping from China. The clothing is absolute rubbish, nothing like what’s shown on the website, the cheapest material, a complete waste of money.
If you try to return the clothes they make every excuse under the sun and tell you it needs sending back to China and ‘the returns process is very lengthy and expensive’ they are not interested at all.
Avoid these scammers or you’ll be throwing your money away.

Appalling. Clearly an absolute scam. From china, not London. The dresses aren't advertised, cheap nasty material. Labels even cheaper. Sizing not as advertised and took weeks to arrive. Opening claim with bank. Wrong on so many levels. Very clearly not a boutique whatsoever.

Item received not as advertised. Cheap polyester material with blurry pattern - nothing like the linen / cotton blouse advertised on facebook. From China and not London as advertised. Website not deemed safe. Avoid avoid avoid. Looks like part of a wider scam to use reputable companies as a front. Not even going to bother trying to return based on reviews from other similar companies eg Belgravia. Really angry at being duped.
