Recently purchased an Agnes topper. I am very happy with it as it gives me just the perfect amount of “extra “ volume. I don’t feel that it looks too obvious, it totally blends in with my own hair! I was worried about people noticing, other than the fact my hair looks nice!!It is really good quality and I would recommend anyone thinking about it to go for it !

Ordered Lily - the colour was nowhere near the demonstration colour on site, washed it ready for some adjustment in a mild shampoo, roots turned orange and the colour was a bright brassy blonde. Contacted customer service, - oh what a difference in response, when you are about to spend hundreds of pounds, full of cheer and helpful guidance.
Present a problem and they go straight into defence mode, Couldnt be bothered in the end, have sorted the problem myself. My guidance to anyone buying either a Agnes or a Lily is this:- If your own hair is coarse, and unmanageable without much movement, these pieces will look very real on you - they do on me. However if your hair is quite silky with movement, you are going to be very disappointed.. my own hair is poor quality and the toppers are about the same, over processed, and lack lustre . They look great when they arrive - until you wash them and they then look a totally difference piece of hair.

Great customer service. Easy to contact and delivered within the time predicted.
The hair topper is good quality and very natural, giving me extra confidence. I’ve had quite a few compliments since wearing her!

I bought "Agnes" as an alternative to my slightly thicker topper that I wear everyday. I'm absolutely delighted with it. I got the blonde duo tones with a fringe. Such good quality. I actually cut it myself to suit my bio bob & it's just perfect.

Incredible customer service, I needed assistance with colours and when the Agnes topper arrived I was so thrilled. It is of a very high quality and surpassed my expectations. Due to being on chemotherapy I needed it quickly and the whole process was dealt with kindness and compassion.

I absolutely love my hair topper. It's so like my natural hair and is so super comfortable that you forget you are wearing it. It just feels like your own hair.

I was lucky enough to have a personal consultation with BeautifulBetsy in London recently and cannot recommend the experience highly enough.

There are Hair Toppers (I had one that cost far more and is going in the bin) and then there are BeautifulBetsy Hair Toppers - the difference in quality is incomparable.

I've been searching for hair toppers for a while now after losing a lot of my hair after significant weight loss. I was really struggling to find something really low density and something really light blonde so I could dye it myself (my hair is bright pink!) then I came across Beautiful Betsy and the Agnes topper! I ordered her and I couldn't be happier! The hair has a natural wave/curl to it which matches my curl pattern perfectly when using the "curly girl method" so it blends seamlessly with my bio hair!
One of my main concerns was that it wouldn't feel secure but I think I could do some headbanging and it wouldn't budge!
It's so lightweight that it feels like I have nothing on my head! So comfortable!
And it was affordable, which is a massive bonus!
Will 100% be ordering some more toppers from Beautiful Betsy in the future!

I already had three BB toppers; two Agnes(s) and a Margot, and all three are fabulous. However, I was so excited when I heard that BB was introducing a new topper called Lily and one of them would be called Lady Grey because she has beautiful grey hair. I have worn her a couple times and I truly feel she's "real" while wearing her. My Lily topper blends in beautifully with my own hair. So now, I wear my other BB toppers for everyday and I treat my very special Lily like I'm putting on my Sunday best. I love her. 🩶

I am truly stunned by the difference a topper has made to my appearance. The two ladies were so helpful and helped me make the right decision on style and colour. I chose the Agnes rooted dark blonde which is not what I initially was thinking of but I’m so glad it was suggested for me as I knew it was “the one” as soon as I tried it. I wore it for the first time out in public on the same day of purchase. I can barely feel it and it feels super secure which was one of my worries! I honestly wish I’d gone for it years ago. Best decision ever. If you have any doubts for yourself I would urge you to give it a go. You won’t look back. I hardly ever give reviews but Beautiful Betsy truly deserve this one. ​I bought the Agnes in the lightest shade and customized her using ammonia-free dye in universal and copper blonde. Following Beautiful Betsy’s YouTube tutorial, I did a two-minute water&color dip to tone the entire piece. It blends seamlessly with my bio hair. Since I wear a side part, the lighter seam was a bit too noticeable, but I filled it in with an eyebrow pencil and now it’s invisible!
​My stylist trimmed her, and I thinned out the ends a bit more myself. Agnes is my third topper, and I’m thrilled—she’s so light and breathable, I barely feel it. At 63, with thinning hair, I didn't want anything too bulky; I was looking for a realistic density, and Agnes is a total hit. I’m still perfecting my styling, but honestly, it looks amazing even when air-dried."

Communication was great even when I decided on a change of length from what I ordered. Having today received ‘Lois’ she is absolutely beautiful indeed and I am absolutely thrilled with my new topper. I would highly recommend and will be ordering again when I need another one.

Best thing I ever did! I have had a lot of support from Beautiful Betsy. Hair loss due to hypothyroidism and it’s so stressful but the hair topper I bought after an online consultation with the expert at BB made me feel that someone cared and now I have more than one topper I get so many compliments like “you look amazing, what have you done” and “I love your hair, you look younger!” What’s not to like! Definitely go for it. It’s life changing

Just got my 'Agnes' this morning + I haven't stopped crying
I feel as if I've been just surviving the past few years
I've had mesh integration, meshless
Wefts, most recently halo bond system.... None of them worked for me, in fact in some cases they ripped what little hair I had left out at the roots, halo melted on holiday, mesh ripped my hair out during the night if I even thought about moving
I put my 'Agnes' on + I've been sobbing ever since
She is beautiful. Soft, so light I can't even describe it + the colour, rooted duo blonde is absolutely beautiful
It's also my gorgeous wee mums name who I'm slowly losing to dementia so it's bittersweet
All I can say is thank you a million times thank you
I cant wait to go out with my long suffering partner who hasnt once complained or got impatient with me during the last year or two because I won't go out even for a meal with him because I was so distressed about my lack of hair

I have just today recieved my Agnes hair topper from BB and I am so happy with it. Having purchased eight toppers in the last 18 months and not feeling any one is quite right, I am both relieved and happy to find such a good and realistic topper at long last. One of the reasons it's so good is it is light density (100%) so it looks really natural and not like I have suddenly grown an unrealistic-looking mane overnight. It sits flat on my scalp and the colour is gorgeous - exactly as shown on the website. I haven't styled or done anything with it yet, just put it on straight from the box, and I keep smiling as I pass a mirror!
