This was a gift for my father, he was absolutely delighted with the item. However the packaging is terrible once I'd opened it to check the item it was nigh on impossible to close it again. I had to cut away part of the box to close the lid in a makeshift way. Please look at the boxes you use for mugs as just awful.

I ordered 2 personalized christening money boxes for my grandsons with less than a week to go before the christening day. I received an e-mail back confirming the correct spelling of the names requested as one of their names is unusual, The service was amazing as not only did I receive them before the due date, they were personally hand delivered to my office to ensure I received them before the Christening day.

Never received order. Ordered 10th July for my mother's 70th birthday. No correspondence to say item had been dispatched, because it hadn’t, regardless of the website’s 7-10 day policy, because it’s now August 15th and I did not receive my item or any communication other than a order placed email. Seller is welcome to check ‘delivery attempted’ information because I can guarantee it doesn’t exist.
