Worst company ever! I ordered something after seeing Katie Price advertise on Instagram believing it was genuine only to not receive goods and then no reply on emails. I’ve written several times as I ordered in september and they kept telling me it would be with me in a few days, then in December they said they would send out a replacement item. Again, that never arrived and I’ve been asking for a refund ever since to no reply. Don’t ever use this company! Complete scam artists!

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a product after it being promoted on Katie prices Instagram. 4 months later and still no product. Emailed them numerous times and no reply. Tracked the delivery and it just says “waiting to be dispatched” absolute joke and I want my money back!!!

Ordered after i saw the item advertised on Katie Price’s instagram. Over a month later and im STILL waiting for the item! Avoid at all cost! They dont reply to emails either. Absolute joke

This company are an absolute joke. I'm still waiting for it after a month, but no one will reply to my emails to see where it is. I want to write so much about them but to make it short DON'T buy from this company, you can buy this product from another well known site for a fraction of the price and I'm sure you would receive it a lot quicker. Katie Price should be ashamed of herself for advertising it with no consideration for all the people that are getting ripped off.

If i could give this product a ZERO rating i would. I received the Hair Removal Pen, after waiting 3 weeks. The packaging and the product is so cheap. It was advertised as an Epilator by a very famous person on her Instagram page, it is the worst product I have ever purchased. It is basically a very cheap shaver! I tried to cancel the order within minutes of placing it, but was told it was too late it was already in transit unbeknown to me from Hong Kong!!! Definitely would not recommend this product or company!
