I purchased 3 bracelets from here in the summer of 2020 and all of the the jewelry came, looked just like the pictures and still hasn’t tarnished over a year later…however, the order took over a month to arrive (4 weeks longer than the shipping I paid for)

Ordered a hoodie on sale, not expecting much in terms of quality from the start (or to receive my item if I’m being honest). Customer support weren’t great and were quite rude and pushy when my item hadn’t arrived after 3 weeks or so and their Facebook had disappeared and I saw the same items come up under ‘Modella’ so I wrote it off as a scam, disappointed in the £35 I’d spent on a likely £10 hoodie. Lo and behold, it actually arrived after about a month and while the quality isn’t fantastic, it’s a nice oversized fit (I bought a 10 while I normally wear an 8) although the decal had started fading a bit after a single wash, which wasn’t great. Definitely not the worst people I’ve bought off, but I wouldn’t recommend overall.

Bought a grey fleece for £28.99 on sale from £40, when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture, was awful quality and had white markings down the fabric. Could’ve found one better and cheaper in primark! I then went back on the website and found the price had changed, it was still being sold at £28.99 but the original price had been changed to £72.99 making it look like you were getting a massive saving. There’s no way the fleece was worth £28 let alone £70+. Would not buy from here as it seems like they try different tricks to make the products look like a good deal! Whilst I did get a refund eventually, it seemed as though I needed to have a good enough reason to return the product (the product having lines down the fabric etc) but didn’t seem like just not being happy with your product and wanting to return would’ve been a good enough reason! I’ve now noticed they’ve also changed the company name which seems a bit fishy.

If I could write a 0 I would!! I bought a jacket for 70 and once I bought it, it gave me the option to buy it for 44 euro.. okay anyway the jacket came, ITS NOT EVEN THE SAME COLOUR! It’s like a size 400, and not even the same jacket STAY AWAY AND SAVE MONEY !! I’ve had to pay for it to be sent back and I’ve had to pay customs, I don’t care once they don’t get my money! JOKE A A COMPANY... SCAMMERS, offered me 50 refund but the jacket is so different I just want my money back

Wish there was a zero! After 3 months they have finally sent me a return address!! Wanted to know why I wasn't happy with my purchase! Very poor quality not worth £5 never mind £25. I am about to return my item and after googling the return address it is a residential property so who knows if i will even get a refund. Stay away from this 'company'

I ordered two hoodies which looked lovely in pictures, when they (finally) arrived they were as thin as tights and clearly extremely poor quality, not what you'd expect for £25 each. I decided to return these items and paid the return postage myself, these items arrived at the address provided over a month ago, which I know due to royal mail's tracking service. I have emailed proof of postage and I have been ignored, beauty coves have broken the law as refunds should be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item. A month later I am still being ignored. I will be contacting trading standards.

This company is a complete rip off. I was charged £70 for a sweatshirt and zip up top and a necklace. When the items eventually arrived they were nothing like they looked like on the website. The colours were completely different and they were so cheap I wouldn't even have picked them up for £5 each. The necklace is also cheap plastic. All items made in China of very very poor quality. To top it all they sent me the wrong size in one of the sweatshirts.A real waste of £70 with no return slip or information on how to return. Please do not buy from this company you will be disappointed as I was.

Ordered a green hoodie, got a mustard one instead! Bad quality also, a one-time-wear, looks like it won’t stand washing. Way too expensive for being such poor fabric. Would not have bought it for a dime. Took also almost 2 months to arrive. Very very disappointed.

The hoodie is cute, fits well and the green one has a nice color.

But what disappoints me, is the quality. The fabric is thin and thus not very warm (especially in the winter). The skateboard frog print on the hoodie is also bad quality. You can clearly see the pixels on the print.

We also bought a mustard one. The color of the hoodie didn't match the color on the photo. I wasn't satisfied with this and I really didn't like the color. I am planning on retouring this product.

It also took very long to deliver, wasn't satisfied with this product.

Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this buy. I don't know why there are an absurd amount of 5 star reviews on this product, but okay. This was my experience.

I ordered a size Small hoodie and received a Medium instead. I am disappointed with Beauty Coves response time. I sent an email to Beauty Cove’s customer service regarding the incorrect order. It has been a week and no response.

Not worth it. Waited around a month for a medium hoodie that has incredibly short arms. This is probably the lowest quality hoodie I’ve ever seen, I wouldn’t pay more than ten dollars for it in the store and yet they are charging around 50$ for it. The material is somehow so thin it’s almost see through and it’s scratchy. The image they used for the front isn’t even quality and is slightly blurry. Don’t waste your time and money.

It arrived very late, a month. And when it did finaly arrive I was very shocked by the quality. The fabric was very thin and I ordered a M but it was definitly a S. There was no label inside the sweater. So I can't tell where it is made or what it is made of. It doesn't feel like cotton or a natural fiber so it is probably plastic. I paid over 30 pounds and I expected at least a litte more quality than plastic. So only order if you want to waste your money on bad quality.

The order said it was delivered to a random different address even tho I put in the correct information and I literally went to that house that was shown on the Shop tracking app and they. Didn’t have my hoodie so literally I wasted my money and never got the product

Order took a little longer than usual to arrive and when it arrived it was a size too big , I contacted the company and the same day they responded and have offered to send me the correct size and allowed me to keep the one I have already to pass on to a friend , excellent customer service and the products are of great quality !

I ordered a jumper a month ago and it has still not arrived. The tracking website seems like a scam as the updates aren’t specific or give you any idea when the clothes will come!

Also I’m not sure if I just didn’t see it but I had NO idea it was getting shipped from China, if I knew that, I wouldn’t have ordered because I can get a similar jumper here in the UK that would be faster.

Jumper arrived a month later, I won’t be ordering from there again as the quality isn’t worth the wait, it’s soft and fits but nothing special.

Absolutely DISGUSTING oh my god the screen shots of their customer service I have is horrific they even BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM I did not receive the item And they ACCUSED ME OF LYING then laughed at me and said no refund and also become very petty and immature trying to big up to me the fact they have 34k followers and that famous people want to collaborate with them? Lol I think it’s a bunch of children scamming people for their money. They don’t have a complaints option and are they most DISGUSTING people I’ve ever spoken to. STAY CLEAR

My order arrived about 2 weeks after ordering but my god what arrived was just cheap crap certainly would not recommend unless that’s what you want,like someone said you could get the same off wish and it’d be the same quality I agree with them, definitely not worth £20 absolute rip off.

Honestly you are getting scammed for the amount you pay. I can get the same jewelry off Wish because that’s what ur paying for..Wish quality.. also shipping takes forever and tracking is unhelpful
