Do not order from this company, absolutely disgusting service, I ordered 3 costumes only one arrived but was charged for the 3 , connacted the company but no response, payed with PayPal so I distributed this still nothing ,so sm £75 out of pocket absolutely disgusting

I ordered swimsuit tgat did not fit went to return and have loads of problems trying to return they keep on saying we will give you discount I have told them numerous times I want a refund still no joy I would not recommend this site terrible customer service.

Do not buy from this company.
You will not be able to return items, in spite of the website claiming you can, as they will not give you a return address.
They will send you random sized items, you will invariably want to return, and will not be able to.
They will offer you a % of the payment to keep the items.
My advice is to ask for the returns address and when it doesn’t materialise go via your credit card to get a full refund.

Yet another dishonest company. I want to return 2 tankinis. I ordered 2 same style, one medium, one large. They are both ridiculously tight. I have emailed them, but no reply.

Absolute shocking!!!! Items were ordered and delivered...They were not suitable i emailed the company and got no response until i had posted the items back by recorded signed for delivery !!! the parcel has been signed for at their dispatch warehouse...but theyre refusing this as their return address which is in AMERICA and costs £35.00 ...theyre trying to bribe me to accept less than half payment ...and was told to resell the items that they have back ..
absolute scum bags ...the emails between us are just full of bribes on their part ... its a shambles

Took a while for the garments to arrive. Cups on the swim suits were really small for a size 22. Tried to return garments, after emails back and forth, I managed to get 50% refund but had to keep the garments. UK customers stay clear as returns are to America and you have to pay to return. Have to say theyvare good quality, so it's a risk if they fit or not!!!

I ordered swimsuits from this company unusually for me, without checking the reviews on Trust Pilot first. Thankfully I paid through PayPal. I didn’t receive my order after almost two weeks so the checked the reviews which were overwhelming negative. I then requested a refund and the reply was sent in the early hours of the morning U.K. time so I immediately realised that this was not a company based in the U.K. i received the requested a refund but I think this is probably more to do with PayPal’s involvement. I am considering referring the company to trading standards as although I had a full refund, the nature of the concerns raised by others is troubling. I would avoid this company as it does not appear to have a good track record and would urge them to improve their practices if they are a genuine company as the reviews I read were very poor.

Costumes didn’t fit, I too have asked to return them and been offered 20% refund and keep the items. I’ve declined and asked again for a full refund. Waiting to hear back again. Tried to write a review on their website but it won’t let me.

The Swimming costume was far too small and definitely NOT EVEN THE CORRECT NORMAL SIZE NEVER MIND CURVE in line with the sizing information. I contacted “service” for refund, they asked me for pictures which I sent with measuring tape alongside showing how small it was. Offered me a 30%refund and a discount voucher for next purchase!! There won’t be one - EVER! Cheats!!

This is a rubbish Chinese Company pretending to be based in the UK and when you ask for a refund for the goods, which are badly sized, they send emails making excuses for not giving a full refund. Avoid them at all cost. My rated experience is NO STARS.

I ordered a swimsuit and paid the shipping fee. When it didn't fit, I requested a refund, as advertised on their site. First, the offered me a 15% refund to keep it, which I politely refused as the costume didn't fit. They next offered me 30% and told me to sell the costume to someone else. I still declined so they offered me a 50% refund with the same instructions to sell it on privately. When I challenged their return and refund policy they told me I could return it to a USA postbox number but they wouldn't give me a full refund as they'd then deduct the shipping fees I paid in the first place. Please don't buy anything from these people - despite what they claim, it's non refundable and who would buy a swimsuit online without the ability to return it if it didn't fit? I am so, so disappointed and feel stupid for having been conned by this company!

Placed my order. Waited several weeks and still not dispatched. I requested a refund told they would try to stop the shipment. Waited another two weeks. Still not shipped. I am so disappointed!

Two suits ordered - only one delivered (nothing mentioned about this or update as to why) - nothing like the photo which showed a loose effect at the bottom. Cheap and nasty material.
I admit I did receive a refund for the one not sent out - once I had queried this - but they will not provide a return address.

Update: I did receive an 80% refund after many emails - saving the costs of returning which would be the purchasers responsibility.

Fraudulent company have offered to refund me 20% of my money despite the fact both items don’t fit. Same as others have been told return address in USA. I will be contacting my bank hoping I can get a refund. I will also be contacting trading standards. Avoid at all costs.

I am a large busted lady so avoid padding, shelf support etc in swimwear as they simply don't fit.

I was delighted to find a suitable item with removable pads.

Sadly items have arrived and it has an elasticated shelf support so it is totally unsuitable.
I was under the belief that this was coming from the UK but it is in fact from China so returning it will not be an option.

This company has alot! Of bad reviews, but my experience has been good, placed my order before checking reviews 😬 and was instantly filled with dread thinking I could kiss goodbye to my money, but that was not the case! My order arrive 9 days after I placed the order i was up dated frequently with tracking number on delivery status, product arrived, I had ordered a swimsuit, and I am really pleased with it, size is as ordered, quality is very good and it was a very good price, so personally I have no complaints infact im ordering another swimsuit from them!

I am with Barclays Bank. On their online app, you can click on the beautycurve payment and open a dispute.
Barclays returned money to my bank immediately and blocked Beauty Curve. Barclays must have them on an alert.

I paid via PayPal and thought opening a dispute via PayPal was my only chance of getting my money returned.

Hopefully this will help others that have been scammed and paid direct via their bank.

I'm experiencing the same. I left a bad review on their Facebook page.
They have now blocked me.
I can't find a phone number or address for this company.
All I have is their email address
I stupidly ordered then checked trust pilot.
I immediately cancelled order.
2 days later they replied and said it was too late to cancel.
As soon as I canceled, I created a PayPal dispute.
I won't know the outcome till 5th December.
I always check carefully before ordering from new companies but this time I didn't.
I've obviously been scammed.
It's not right they can advertise then block you for a bad review.
I hope everyone gets their money back.

Same reviews as everyone else. My mother bought swimwear, and it does not fit, so tried to send it back, they won't send her a return address. When they will it will be un the USA even thought it's bought using pound sterling. It has a UK address on the label, but they tell her they cannot return to that address. I recommend everyone report them to trading standards. This business needs to go under STAT. Please do yourself a favour and do not order from these cowboys.

This company doesn’t deserve one star I would have given zero my order came Saturday material cheap size was too big they have offered 20%discount and for me to keep the tacky costume I said no getting in touch with my credit card company the site should be closed down it’s a scam wished I had read reviews first as everyone else has said stay away from this site .

I ordered 5 swimsuits for choice. Wish I'd have checked trustpilot too. They were not as described, poor quality, no support and way to big. They offered me 20% refund, I said no and they said that's as good as you will get. They said the address on the label was not the return address, although it said it was. I applied to my credit card company for help. I then got 2 emails from a company I hadn't heard of giving me an American address to return them to ! The postage paid to deliver to me was £6 GBP, it was on the label!! DO NOT order from this company.
