The foundation was well priced and included delivery and set up.

Love the pillow. I’ve had so many but this one is a definite keeper. I’ve never slept so well. No more stuff neck on awakening. I’m going to order another one. I highly recommend. This pillow does not disappoint.

Comfortable for the most part, but already has an indentation at the spot where I sleep. This is concerning for the long term.

I was suffering from constant, unforgiving neck pain and neuralia headaches. I had also been severely injured in an accident March 5, 2021. I spent 2 months in the hospital and Rehab. I still suffer from chronic back pain. I fell 3/28/2025 and caused compound fracture to my spine in Ts, As, and SI. Then Nov 24, 2025 I fell and fractured my left hip. I was in tears quite often. My Nephew took me to Roos to go and I laid on a Beautyrest adjustable bed that happened to have a Beautyrest pillow with perfect head and neck support. Game Changer. My neck hurts no where close to where it was. I went from a scale of 8-10 to 4 or so. And headaches? What headaches. Their customer service is top notch. Very respectful and helpful. Now, I am trying to save up for the Adjustable bed. When the salesman put b it on zero gravity I almost cried with joy. I am almost 67, but my body felt NO pain at that setting. Maybe I can play the lottery and win enough to buy one. Keeping my fingers crossed. It might take me 5 years to save up, but oh, how nice it will be to sleep in a bed pain free.

I ordered a foundation which never got delivered after waiting for 8 hours because it got damaged in transit. You reordered new one and again waited 5 hours and that one was damaged as well so it was never delivered either. Still do not have a foundation!

Very professional and friendly father and son team. They even took off their shoes. Everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend.

I had a problem with mine and your company replaced it at no charge to me at all. Great warrantee and great customer service.

The pillows that were sent to me were extremely flat and not what I was guaranteed to get. I did a return process which took a long time. They then sent me two new pillows that came in boxes and plastic bags. The first set that was sent to me was definitely somebody’s old pillows. Disgusting. The pillows that were sent the first time had to have been somebody’s return pillows and for that to get to another customer is unacceptable. Then the process was very difficult also purchased everything in mid march and still dealing with the hole situation

Love the product! Unfortunately delivery people dinged up our trim pretty bad and we had to have it fixed. Other than that, love the foundation and bed.

Bed is very comfortable. Happy with the purchase.

I will never again do business with a company that does not stand behind its products or warranties.
My Mattress should have been replaced due to overbearing smells (for over a year!) and poor craftsmanship, yet all I got was excuses until I was finally given a hard NO, and couple of pillows as a constellation prize.

Regarding Beautyrest's reply: Been down that road. My letter to the company's president resulted in weeks of back and forth which went from pleasant to rude! Please note that the manufacturing defect was not the smell, it was how the layers simply started to separate, looking like a bad, lopsided layered cake, not to mention horrible sagging after just a year. Did the photo thing (as asked) proving that the sags were more than what is supposedly "normal", only to be told that they needed more pictures once the mattress was gone (and Beautyrest knew that!). I really didn't and don't appreciate that the company so quickly and easily just dismissed my problems with no resolution. This is my review and because of the way I was treated Beautyrest has to live with that. That is the last word on this matter!

Never get any updates about my order. I ask first before the company email me. It has been 3 weeks my order is not processed yet.

We absolutely love our beautyrest, and it’s level of firmness. Quality sleep is so important and finding the right bed is essential for it. We brought a beautyrest 15 years ago and replaced it with another one. No regrets.

Amazing Customer Service! My electric throw that Purchased in 2024 stopped working. I logged into their site and downloaded my receipt and required photos and had a brand new one delivered to my door in less than a week! Impressive! Glad I bought a Beautyrest!

Part of the reason why we bought this mattress pad was to be able to control it with the app. The app doesn’t have any mattress control only blankets and the blankets don’t work. We tried everything we could think of. The instructions are useless.

I bought a BR heated blanket with a 5 year warrantee. I tried to register it, 5 times but could not. I had to use the customer service line for those purchasing a product in order to speak to a human! She told me she registered my product, she even gave me a number. I was told I would get a confirmation email within 24 hours. A week later, it never came. I called customer service waited half an hour only to be told someone would call me back. Thus far, nada! I have read this business had poor customer service. I will never buy from them again.

Mattress Firm or warranty Case# 04936336 was denied after five years of owning it with a 10 year warranty. Brand name is Beauty rest or Roxanne Plush mattress.

Both Mattress Firm as a retailer, Beauty Rest brand now owned by Simmons is the worst company you can possibly work with!!! Don’t ever buy those products or work with these merchants our mattress firm retailer! They send me brand new warranty update claiming new warranty rules, which were never listed in the original when we bought it five years ago.

This company is a scam!!!! they did not stand behind their product or its quality.

Mattress itself has a foam, but after several years, it started sagging, caddying, we developedsevere back problems, and hip problems. My partner and I are athletic types very active with had no back issues until the product failed. After submitting a warranty claim, it was denied based upon companies statement that it’s a normal body impressions and printed into a top foam that bounces after you stand up. After submitting photos on their website we were denied, even though we only owned it for five years halfway through its warranty period.

We spend over $4,500 dollars for King mattress and its supporting recliner pad.

Do not buy their products and please share this with others who intend to buy a mattress firm or buy Beauty rest products. Total unethical and scam company!

My husband and I bought a beautyrest mattress from Mattress Warehouse located in Rocky Mount NC. When we went there we had all intentions of buying a Sterns and Foster but after talking to the store manager and comparing the two we decided to get the Beautyrest. Best decision ever!! We did have a minor problem with the bed being a little too high for us because of health issues but Tim jumped right in and personally came to our home and lowered the base to make it better for us to get on. Tim’s knowledge of the bed and his excitement talking to us about all the functions it has made the sale so enjoyable. Tim is such a great salesman for your product and you can rest assure the other two bedrooms upstairs in our new home will have your mattress in them and no doubt Tim will be the only one we will deal with.

We bought a mattess that was bad so the manager of Rooms to Go led us around to Beautyrest black. We thought it would be alright and added another $1,000 extra on our credit card. Well, it was absolutely the worst decision would could have made. P.S. three exchanges of the same mattress style later...ALL SAGGED WITHIN ONE WEEK TO A COUPLE OF WEEKS. ONE MATTRESS THE DELIVERLY MAN WOULDN'T EVEN PUT ON THE BED BECAUSE IT WAS SO BENT. HE TOOK IT AND BROUGHT IT BACK AND REPORTED IT TO THE STORE. We got another mattress I asked for a refund twice no they won't do that. We were stuck paying more money no way out. NO WAY OUT BUT I COULD GET A DIFFERENT BRAND AND NOT GET MY EXTRA $1,000 THAT WE ADDED TO OUR CREDIT CARD. This part is the best.... My husband is disabled in many ways ...was sitting in the car.... I was in the store ...they wanted to give me pillows and sheets to make up any difference. Finally, I broke down and cried and shook and they said o.k. they would give me $700 back. ALL BECAUSE YOUR MATTRESSES WAS A TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE MADE MATTRESS. THANKS FOR ALL THE STRESS BEAUTYREST. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOUR MATTRESS TO ANYONE.
