Made my first order yesterday (Fri), for a hairbrush. Was expecting it on Mon/Tues, but it arrived the very next morning!

I was nervous, because of the negative reviews - but they all seem to relate to expiry dates on products (so not relatable to a hairbrush at least).

No problems finding and ordering, and the product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged. Will definitely recommend for accessories such as hairbrushes.

Ordered a main present for Xmas (ghd hairdryer) on the 12th December with a 4-7 day delivery, can’t get tracking on order and now Xmas eve ans still no hairdryer. Emailed 4 times to ask for tracking and tried calling several times with no answer! Wouldn’t recommend and I won’t use again

I bought a 150ml bottle of K18 for €79.99 and straight away noticed it had a strange smell. After using it, I showed it to my hairdresser who confirmed it wasn’t a genuine K18 product. Really disappointed to have spent so much money on a fake item. Would not recommend buying from here.

Do not buy image products as they do not seem to be the true product - especially the serum. Very disappointed

Ordered Thursday night and order arrived Saturday afternoon. Brilliant service, wasn’t expecting that. They use DPD which I always find are fast. Order was packaged well. Ordered a Nioxin kit and will be ordering from beauty savers again, thanks guys

Please do NOT purchase. Waste of money. I bought several image products. Should have known prices were too good to be true..have used image for years. Products were NOT authentic. Threw them out. They wouldn't give me a refund as I had dumped the "original...ie fake! Boxes!. Contacted the actual company (image) and these guys are NOT authorized sellers/stockists. Also compared packaging and consistency of their products to my own authentic ones. They were absolutely different...as in packaging was fake and consistency of product totally different! Don't buy. God knows what's actually in the product. Wouldn't use them. Never again

This company sells creams at more or less full price but the product is out of date. They even try cut off the date at the end of the tube.
I did get a refund after plenty of emails but it seems they knew they were selling out of date products.

Ordered 3 items from these yesterday and they were delivered this morning. So efficient. Well packed and arrived safely. I never received a confirmation email for my order or tracking but to be fair, once I had my order number I didn't mind. This site is excellent

I received an out of date product that also had a strange smell and different colour and consistency to usual. I contacted customer service and was told that it wasn’t out of date and that there was no issue with that batch. I asked for a replacement. They said they could not provide me with a replacement as it had been used. I explained that I had not yet used the product due to the reasons mentioned above. Refused to replace the product. Very disappointing customer service. Surely a simple fix would be to replace or refund a faulty/out of date product. I will not be buying anything from this company again. Avoid them at all costs.

Excellent service. Placed my order late Monday evening it was dispatched Tuesday morning and I had it by 9.30 Wednesday morning. Very well packaged. Products were nearly 50% cheaper than other retailers. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered Alfaparf 1L shampoo ( great price !!) at 2:30pm on a Tuesday. I had it by tuesday afternoon ! So quick, and no problems with packaging or anything. Will be ordering in the future for sure

Placed my order on Sunday. Received it Tuesday. Very well packaged. Excellent experience no complaints.

DPD dropped box in road and products were run over but even so there was very little in the bottle and no leaks into box. Very odd. Then I haven't been able to get a hold of the seller by phone or email. I would not buy from this seller.
