This company sucks! I made a purchase in March of 2025 and as of Oct 2025 have not heard anything. Nor are they answering my emails. I hate scammers.

Disappointing is an Understatement
Beautyskinusa ferns are a huge disappointment. I waited over six weeks for the two ferns that I ordered and when they came, they were pathetic little nothings. The two that I ordered didn’t even adequately fill one 12” pot. I am hugely disappointed in how long it took to get them and the product when it arrived. I do not recommend them at all. I feel this product and company is a rip off. Definitely false advertising, and the pictures do not reflect the product at all. The product is skimpy skimpy skimpy!

Their luscious fern came in a large envelope. I can get one more realistic at the dollar store. Total false advertising. I’ve emailed them twice for the return address no response. They want it in the same package it came in, why? They want the packing receipt and there is none. They charged me insurance. Thought I told them I didn’t want that but guess not. Isn’t that the senders responsibility. They are allowed to advertise on one of the online games I play. Guess they don’t care either. Do not buy from them. These worst.

Horrible Boston Ferns
I had ordered 2 Boston ferns that looked so lush and beautiful. What I got was 2 skinny branches of Boston Fern that I would have paid a total of $10 for if I saw it in the store. They charged me $50 for this horrible piece of garbage. I tried to contact them but the website does not work. Do not buy anything from them!

Misleading advertising
What you receive is NOT what they show in their advertisements! You would need to order 15 ferns to fill a basket like the one they show. I paid $55 for THREE little ferns that i could have made. These things are horrible!!! Save your money and go to Hobby Lobby. When i complained they wanted to refund me 10% or $5. Seriously? The WORST product ever

Long delay on delivery (18 days and waiting). Their tracking is absolutely useless. Reviews on their website are not viewable. I could have ordered a similar product, similar price and received the item the very next day
NOW ... 26 days and still waiting.
Received 27 days and in the garbage on the 28th day. Hair curling iron is trash.

First it took 4 weeks to get my life like ferns. They looked like paper and very poor quality. I would never order from this company again.
